My Entry to the POBPhotoContest - Repetition || Repetición [ENG/ESP]

Repetition || Repetición
Repetition is the action and effect of repeating or redoing, or saying what has been done or said before.
In the architectural or artistic field, repetition consists of repeating shapes, lines, tones or colors, in order to promote balance, harmony and unity within a drawing, photograph or element, and to create rhythms and patterns, among other functions.
In early January of this year, I was visiting the town of Santa Rosa, near the city of Barquisimeto where I currently reside. During my tour, I had the opportunity to take many pictures of the streets, the houses, the square and the church, which is its main attraction and the main reason for its existence.
The floors of the Plaza Bolivar are covered with cobblestones, probably clay, which are placed following a semicircular pattern, which can be seen in the images I share. It is also worth mentioning that there is a large number of pigeons in the surroundings, and that they tend to walk freely around the square.
La repetición es la acción y efecto de repetir o volver a hacer, o a decir lo que ya se había hecho o dicho con anterioridad.
En el ámbito arquitectónico o artístico, la repetición consiste en repetir formas, líneas, tonos o colores, con el objetivo de promover equilibrio, armonía y unidad dentro de un dibujo, fotografía o elemento, y para crear ritmos y patrones, entre otras funciones.
A principios de Enero de este año, estuve de visita por el poblado de Santa Rosa, cercano a la ciudad de Barquisimeto donde resido actualmente. Durante mi recorrido, tuve la oportunidad de tomar muchas fotos de las calles, las viviendas, la plaza y la iglesia, la cual constituye su mayor atractivo, y la razón principal de su existencia.
Los pisos de la Plaza Bolívar están recubiertos de adoquines, probablemente de arcilla, los cuales están colocados siguiendo un patrón semicircular, lo que puede apreciarse en las imágenes que comparto. También es oportuno mencionar que existe una gran cantidad de palomas en los alrededores, y que suelen caminar libremente por la plaza.
