Slow start to July - Easy 5k night run

I just finished a 5.002km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:10ss !

Well, July is not starting the way I planned in terms of sports activity. I skipped again both Monday and Tuesday. It's not like I wasn't active, we walked as usual with the dogs, and there was also plenty of yard work, but that's just not the same as training. Anyways, that meant Wednesday was a must for a run. However, for most of the day, I didn't feel so well, almost as though I had eaten something bad. And I really thought I would skip again. The grey weather wasn't helping either. But in the evening as often, I felt an extra burst of energy and I went for a run, with the sun also showing up a bit, just before hiding for the night. Of course, I kept it short with exactly 5km at a relatively easy pace. It was a good idea not only because it was already dark, but also because clearly my stomach still wasn't 100%. At least the pace was really consistent, not that usual for me:

Let's see how Thursday looks. A longer bike ride is my plan, but we'll see how it goes.
