Drawing on Black Paper - [262] : Portrait Drawing of a Young and Charismatic African Man

Hello to everyone!

I continue my daily drawings. Today's drawing is a portrait of a young and charismatic African man.

In the first stages, I determined the bright spots on the face as lines. The shine on the man's forehead, the shine on the nose, the shine on the lips and the chin. I went down from the top. To do this, I first need to determine the middle of the notebook. Sometimes the portrait that I draw when I can't center it can be closer to one side of my notebook :)

I usually leave the eyes for last. Because the eyes are the most important place in portrait drawing for me. It is possible to convey the emotion in the eyes with the eyes. In the next stages, I thickened the lines with light touches with my pen and added depth to the face.

Finally, I added the eyes and completed my drawing.

I used an eraser from time to time in this drawing I made with a white pen on black paper. I hope you will like it.
