January 7th 2017 - A remarkable date in my life's history

What a loss!!. Ohh, why is it so easy to lose something valuable? But hard to retrieve it. January 7th 2017 is a remarkable day in my life's history. It's a day I can't just forget in a hurry. It's a cloudy and moody day. A day that brought thick gloom in my life. Honestly, it turned my laughter into agony, and happiness into depression. It's as if my life turned upside down 👎.

Hehe, where will I even start? tears 😭 are running down my cheeks as am writing this contest. Because, it's a reminder of my past mistake. The time I followed not my heart. The time I allowed another person into deceiving me. Anyway, it's the time I learnt my biggest lesson in life. Terrible lesson indeed.

Right now, I know you're lost over my sayings. Yes, you're filled with confusion because, am speaking in parables. Sorry, the truth is that am just expressing my emotional feelings. Hope you understand?. Well, the story goes this way...

The story

Before the aforementioned date of 2017, I was wearing chemically processed hair(relaxed hair). So, one day, I went to retouch my hair, after applying relaxer on my hair, I stayed for over two hours. Yet, the hair didn't relax. So, my hairdresser adviced me to change from Ozone relaxer to Olive or mega-growth relaxer.(Foreign).

three weeks later, I went to market in purchase of it. To avoid buying fake or imitation, I decided buying directly from my customer. On reaching his shop, I ordered for the relaxer. He then ask if am the one to use it. I said yes. He also requested the reason why I want to migrate from Ozone to Olive 🫒 or Mega-growth. As my good customer, I told him my reason and he said for sure, it's only imitation ozone relaxer that's in in the market now. But, on the process, something happened. He convinced me into buying "Shea butter relaxer".

Do you know that when I applied the relaxer on my hair on the above mentioned date, I nearly mad. Hmmm, the relaxer was too pepperish. It peppered me to the extent I was unable to retouch the whole hair.

Immediately after washing it off, alas, my front hair is gone. Ohh my God, that was how I lost my front hair till date. Very terrible experience.

Ever since then, I've been trying different ways to regrow the front hair, but all proved futile. The last product I bought costs me 10hive base on hive current price.

The loss devastated my life. It took away my pride and joy.

But, today, I've decided to ignore it and to move on with the one I have. Additionally, I endeavored not to watch mirror unnecessarily as it was my habit.Moreover, I deleted all my former pictures from my device. The ones I used in this post, are screenshots from my former Facebook page (MARAJAH).

Today, I can proudly say that I've retrieve my joy. Instead of focusing on the loss, I've decided to love, care and to cherish the one I have. Meanwhile, although the frontal is suffering from alopecia, yet, people around do jealous the one I have. So, I still have reasons to appreciate the one I have and to move on.
