Hola, espero y hoy estén pasando un excelente y hermoso día, quiero compartir con ustedes una torta de chocolate sencilla con poco ingrediente que son:

*500 gramos de harina de trigo
*250 gramos de mantequilla
*5 huevos
*500 gramos de azúcar
*1 litro de leche líquida
*100 gramos de leche en polvo
*100 gramos de cacao en polvo
*100 gramos de Maicena

Separamos las claras de las yemas.

Batimos las claras a punto de nieve y reservamos.

Luego comenzamos batiendo la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta que se integre muy bien, después le agregamos las yemas del huevo y una cucharada de vainilla y seguimos batiendo hasta tener un resultado muy esponjoso.

Tamizamos la harina de trigo junto con el cacao y vamos integrando poco a poco a la mezcla y seguimos revolviendo muy bien. Luego le vamos agregando de poquito la leche líquida.

Y a sí nos va quedando nuestra mezcla.

Le tamizando un poco más de cacao y seguimos batiendo muy bien durante 3 minutos. A lo último le integramos las claras de huevo a punto de nieve y con la ayuda de una cuchara revolvemos suavemente. Y agregamos nuestra mezcla en el molde ya enharinado.

Ya está lista para meterla al horno, con un aproximado de 1 hora.

Y recuerden cómo ya les venía diciendo cuando la torta está en el horno da 3 olores, el primero es cuando da olor a torta, el segundo es cuando desaparece por completo el olor a torta, el tercero es cuando sale mucho olor a torta y es muy rico. Allí te vas a dar cuenta de que ya la torta está lista.

A sí fue el resultado de nuestra torta de chocolate. Luego esperamos que se enfríe por completo.

Mientras tanto vamos haciendo el relleno.

En una olleta vamos colocando el cacao, Maicena, azúcar, leche en polvo y media taza de agua, lo llevamos a fuego lento y con la ayuda de una cuchara vamos revolviendo suavemente.

Ya al estar lista nuestra mezcla de chocolate la ponemos a enfriar durante 20 minutos.

Con la ayuda de un cuchillo picamos la torta en dos capas para regarle un poco de chocolate.
