Penne Rigate Red Squid and Shrimp

Ingredients :
Pasta Penne Rigate (Barilla)
Red Squid (500 grams)
Pink shrimps (500 grams)
Olive oil
Basil
Tomato concentrate
water 20 cl
Cloves of garlic x3
Onion x1
Salt/Pepper
Preparation
Empty and clean all the squid and peel 250 grams of shrimp, keeping 250 grams unpeeled for later.
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.
Peel 3 cloves of garlic and 1 onion, chop them and put them in the frying pan on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
During this time, cut your squid in small pieces add the shrimps and then put them in the frying pan and mix.
Now add the peeled and unpeeled shrimp and finely chopped basil to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and 20 cl of water, stir and add salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook your pasta, then dress and enjoy.
