Desde la República Bolivariana de Venezuela traigo para ustedes un fraternal y caluroso saludo. Después del descanso navideño, he vuelto a publicar en mi comunidad ArchitectureDesign Comunidad que desea la pronta reincorporación de nuestro amigo @aplusd y a su vez ruega a Dios por el amigo @storiesoferne, para que goce de buena salud y pronto este con nosotros. Hoy publico unas hermosas fachadas de dos templos católicos de Caracas, capital de Venezuela. Espero sea de su agrado.

From the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela I bring you a fraternal and warm greeting. [ESP] Todo es importante en la Arquitectura.
Dar buena impresión al momento de conocer a alguien, conocer algo o conocer algún lugar es muy importante porque la primera imagen se queda grabada en el corazón y en la mente; por esa razón, la estética, la higiene, las formas, los colores, el diseño, la funcionalidad; entre otros atributos, son muy importantes a la hora de diseñar una edificación o cualquier otra cosa. La primera impresión, en la mayoría de los casos, es la que impacta y eso es lo que va a trazar la actitud de la persona que observa; de la reacción primaria dependerá todo, aunque después se cambie de actitud.
[ENG] Everything is important in Architecture.
Giving a good impression when meeting someone, knowing something or knowing a place is very important because the first image remains engraved in the heart and in the mind; for that reason, aesthetics, hygiene, shapes, colors, design, functionality; among other attributes, they are very important when designing a building or anything else. The first impression, in most cases, is the one that impacts and that is what will trace the attitude of the person who observes; Everything will depend on the primary reaction, even if you later change your attitude.

[ESP] Iglesia Nuestra Señora de Las Mercedes de Caracas / Venezuela
Es un templo católico que está ubicado en el casco central de esa ciudad en la esquina Las Mercedes de la Parroquia Altagracia del Municipio Libertador, lateral a La Casa de Bello y la sede central del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación.La historia de la construcción data de 1614 cuando un grupo de mulatos se reúnen para construir en un solar o casona una ermita hecha de madera pero en 1641 ésta quedó destruida por un sismo, poco después se reconstruiría la ermita pero otro terremoto en 1766 la derribó. Luego se hacen algunas reparaciones que resultan afectadas con el terremoto de 1812.

It is a Catholic temple that is located in the central part of that city on the corner of Las Mercedes in the Altagracia Parish of the Libertador Municipality, lateral to La Casa de Bello and the headquarters headquarters of the Ministry of Popular Power for Education.The history of the construction dates back to 1614 when a group of mulattoes got together to build a hermitage made of wood on a plot of land or mansion, but in 1641 it was destroyed by an earthquake, shortly after the hermitage was rebuilt but another earthquake in 1766 shot down Then some repairs are made that are affected by the 1812 earthquake.

La Iglesia Nuestra Señora de Las Mercedes de Caracas se reconstruyó en el año 1857, fue colocada sobre una losa rectangular conservando sus tres naves con tres entradas y destacando elementos neoclásicos, un nuevo sismo afectó levemente la estructura en 1900, pero rapidamente se repararon los daños y el 2 de agosto de 1960 es declarada, mediante Gaceta Oficial, como Monumento Histórico Nacional. Sin lugar a dudas, esta hermosa fachada es dificil de observar y pasar por alto, sus tres entradas, sus columnas, sus dos cúpulas y su estilo neoclásico quedan en la memoria y en la mente de los turistas, propios y extraños que tienen la dicha de verla.

The Church of Our Lady of Las Mercedes in Caracas was rebuilt in 1857, it was placed on a rectangular slab conserving its three naves with three entrances and highlighting neoclassical elements, a new earthquake slightly affected the structure in 1900, but the damage was quickly repaired and on August 2, 1960 it is declared, through the Official Gazette, as a National Historical Monument. Undoubtedly, this beautiful facade is difficult to observe and overlook, its three entrances, its columns, its two domes and its neoclassical style remain in the memory and in the minds of tourists, locals and strangers who have the happiness to see.

Muy cerca de la Iglesia Nuestra Señora de Las Mercedes de Caracas nos encontramos otra Iglesia católica, la cual tiene la misma antiguedad pero diferente diseño de fachada, se trata de Nuestra Señora de Altagracia ubicada en la Avenida Norte 4 con Avenida Oeste 3, Parroquia Altagracia, Municipio Libertador. Esta Iglesia es la quinta mas antigua de la ciudad capital, también sufrió daños en los distintos terremotos que han azotado a Caracas. Muchas veces ha sido destruido y reconstruído.Este templo reinterpreta elementos neoclásicos y neogóticos. Tiene tres accesos principales coronados por ventanales. El aspecto más relevante de su ornamentación son las cornisas, rematadas por tres frontones arqueados. En su interior, se despliega en tres naves, a la manera de las iglesias basilicales. La nave central, más alta y prolongada, se apoya sobre columnas de orden toscano.

Very close to the Church of Our Lady of Las Mercedes in Caracas we find another Catholic Church, which has the same age but a different façade design, it is Our Lady of Altagracia located on Avenida Norte 4 with Avenida Oeste 3, Altagracia Parish , Libertador Municipality. This Church is the fifth oldest in the capital city, it also suffered damage in the different earthquakes that have hit Caracas. Many times it has been destroyed and rebuilt.This temple reinterprets neoclassical and neogothic elements. It has three main accesses crowned by windows. The most relevant aspect of its ornamentation is the cornices, topped by three arched pediments. Inside, it unfolds in three naves, in the manner of basilica churches. The central nave, taller and longer, rests on Tuscan columns.

El diseño y la construcción de cualquier tipo de obra arquitectónica (civil, religiosa, militar...) debe ser muy bien pensado porque el estilo, la funcionalidad, la estética, los colores, la correcta distribución de los espacios... juegan un papel determinante en la aceptación o no de la obra por parte de quienes la van a conocer y van a hacer uso de esas instalaciones. Por esa razón, desde este humilde espacio felicito a los Arquitectos y diseñadores que son innovadores, verdaderos artistas, genios de la luz, el espacio y las formas, profesionales que saben interpretar y plasmar la belleza en cada una de sus creaciones. Felicidades. Gracias por llegar hasta aquí, reciba un fuerte abrazo espiritual cargado de bendiciones, energía positiva y mucha luz.

The design and construction of any type of architectural work (civil, religious, military...) must be very well thought out because the style, functionality, aesthetics, colours, the correct distribution of spaces... play a determining role in the acceptance or not of the work by those who are going to know it and are going to make use of these facilities. Hello friend @marcosmilano71 I too believe that everything before designing the building must be well thought out because it is something that stays for ages and for future generation this becomes the historic building we should be well versed with the design.

Wow, who would have thought that construction was started as a hermitage in 1614? Seeing such a structure with that kind of construction history is amazing.

Although the churches are different, it retains many classic elements of the churches with the columns and the three naves. Personally, I liked the Iglesia Nuestra Señora de Altagracia.
