La intensidad con la que manifestamos alegría, tristeza, enfado, desilusión, depresión o felicidad, entre otras emociones, depende de los principios y valores de cada persona, por eso cada ser humano reacciona de forma diferente, porque es único.
El valor que le demos a todo lo que nos rodea afectará o no nuestra estabilidad emocional, por eso debemos ser auténticos. Mi paz será perturbada mientras yo lo permita, así que si decido ser feliz, nada ni nadie podrá detenerme.
"Aunque pase por el valle de sombra de muerte, No temeré mal alguno, porque Tú estás conmigo; Tu vara y Tu cayado me infunden aliento". (Salmo 23,4)
