The mortgage rates in the Unites States continue to rise. The average 30-year loan reached 3.56% as reported by Freddie Mac. Last week it was at 3.45%. One year ago, this same rate was at 2.77%.

The average rate on the 15-year loan, fixed-rate, increased to 2.79% from 2.62% last week. A year ago, this rate was at 2.21%.

The mortgage rates are expected to continue to rise this year after the Federal Reserve announced that it would begin scaling down its monthly bond purchases in order to slow the inflation rate.

The report shows that mortgage loans are much higher this year than last year

Interesting.
I wondered how long the cheap money would last.
It looks like we are turning a corner. I hope those that could refinanced at historically low rates.

Could you, please, remove this scam account from your automated curation?
The account was blacklisted 7 months ago.

Thank you

Sorry for that.

I added the posting key of my account to @silentbot a bit early for testing purposes intending to start curating next week when I can add some decent amount of #creativecoin CCC to the @silentbot account. The curation voting queue gets triggered at 98% VP, but if empty, at 99.5% VP it will randomly vote for eiter a post by someone I follow, a post in one of the communities I subscribe to, or in this case, a random #creativecoin post.

While the 99.5% should hardly ever trigger anymore after next week, unless I'm sick, on holiday, or the #fiction, #poetry and #bookreview posts on #creativecoin dry out, I am open to adding back blacklists to the bot.

I had one of my own, specifically for my bot, but as some people were convinced there is no such thing as blacklisting specifically for my bot, I cleaned out my own blacklist recently.

If you can give me a short description of all the types of behavior your blacklist designates and the procedures for redemption (if any) your blacklist allows, I'll look if it is a good idea to have my bot load your blacklist on startup (as that is all it currently does, no automatic reloading for updates yet, might add that later).

Kind regards.

Hello.
Thank you for your reply.

You can find JSON for our blacklist here:

Is it available using the get_follow_list API ? I see both @hivewatcher and @spaminator do have a "blacklisted", but it's tiny compared to the one you linked. I really prefer to only use the HIVE API for blacklists if I can.

spaminator = {item["name"] for item in  Client()("bridge").get_follow_list({"observer":"spaminator", "follow_type":"blacklisted"})}
hivewatcher = {item["name"] for item in  Client()("bridge").get_follow_list({"observer":"hivewatcher", "follow_type":"blacklisted"})}
print(spaminator - hivewatcher)
print(hivewatcher - spaminator)
print(hivewatcher)
