The 12-month home price increase decreased again in the United States. According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller National Home Price Index, the 12-month increase in November 2021 was 18.81% compared to the one reported in October which was 19.08%. The deceleration is persistent. It will probably continue to decelerate if interest rates increase.

It is true that if interest rates rise it will probably continue to fall.

thanks for giving us this information, I thought that the 2022 economy started with a good sprint. However, this year has not started very well and the investment exchanges around the world are very weak.
