MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• Espagueti/ Spaghetti
• Aceite/ Oil
• Sal/ Salt
• 3 cdas de harina de trigo/ 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
• 1 taza de leche/ 1 cup milk
• Queso/ Cheese
• Jamón/ Ham

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, haremos los espagueti como habitualmente hacemos en casa.
Por otro lado, en un sarten a fuego medio agregaremos un poco de aceite (puede sustituir con 2 cdas de mantequilla).

To begin with, we will make the spaghetti as we usually do at home.
On the other hand, in a frying pan over medium heat add a little oil (you can substitute with 2 tablespoons of butter).

Luego seguimos agregando la harina de trigo con la leche hasta formar una mezcla espesa (si hace falta mas leche no duden en agregarle).

Then we continue adding the wheat flour with the milk until a thick mixture is formed (if more milk is needed, do not hesitate to add it).

Para terminar, seguidos 5 minutos le echaremos jamón y queso picados en cuadros y dejamos cocinar por otros 5-10 minutos (no olvidemos agregarle los espagueti a la mezcla).

To finish, after 5 minutes we will add ham and cheese chopped in squares and let it cook for another 5-10 minutes (do not forget to add the spaghetti to the mixture).
