MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• Camarones/ Shrimp
• Espagueti/ Spaghetti
• Repollo/ Cabbage
• Orégano
• Salsa de ajo/ Garlic sauce
• Salsa de soya/ Soy sauce
• Zanahoria/ Carrot
• Cebollín/ Chives
• Ajo/ Garlic
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, pondremos a cocinar el repollo un poco en un sarten.

To begin, we will cook the cabbage a little in a frying pan.

Mientras sazonaremos los camarones con salsa de ajo, salsa de soya y orégano a nuestro gusto.

Meanwhile, season the shrimp with garlic sauce, soy sauce and oregano to taste.

Ya sacamos el repollo, pondremos a freír los camarones por los 2 lados.

Once the cabbage is removed, fry the shrimp on both sides.

Luego haremos el salteado agregando el cebollín la parte blanca y verde y zanahoria en cuadros

Then we will make the sauté adding the white and green onion and carrot in squares.

Le agregaremos los camarones ya fritos.
Tapamos hasta que medio se cocine los aliños.

We will add the shrimps already fried.

Ya medio cocinado, le agregaremos el repollo cocinado y salsa de soya a su gusto.

Once half cooked, add the cooked cabbage and soy sauce to taste.

Para terminar, ya teniendo los espaguetis listos lo agregaremos al salteado revolviendo todo juntos. Listo a disfrutar de un delicioso almuerzo.

Finally, once the spaghetti is ready, add it to the sauté and stir everything together. Ready to enjoy a delicious lunch.
