MATERIALES/ MATERIALS
- Masa para empanadillas/ Dough for dumplings
- Carne molida/ Ground beef
- Queso/ Cheese
- Agua/ Water
- Mantequilla/ Butter
PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE
Para empezar, colocaremos una rodaja de masa para empanadillas (pastelitos como decimos en Venezuela) y le agregaremos nuestro relleno de preferencia, por ejemplo yo le coloque queso y otro de carne molida.
To begin, we will place a slice of dough for empanadillas (pastries as we say in Venezuela) and we will add our favorite filling, for example I put cheese and ground beef.
Luego lo cerramos por las puntas y pegamos con un poco de agua hasta que quede como arrugado arriba.
Para terminar, las colocaremos en una bandeja cubierta de mantequilla para que no se peguen a la hora de sacarlas del horno.
Proseguimos a meter al horno por 15 o 20 minutos aproximadamente y a comer.
Then we close it by the ends and stick it with a little water until it is like wrinkled at the top.
To finish, place them on a tray covered with butter so that they do not stick when taking them out of the oven.
Bake them in the oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes and eat.

These look delicious! So delicate and yet, I suspect strong flavors...
I may give these a try this weekend. I wonder if pulled pork would be a good filling for these? I'm making a large batch today and could use new ideas to include it in.
