MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• 1 huevo/ 1 egg
• 1 taza de azúcar/ 1 cup sugar
• 1 taza pequeña de aceite/ 1 small cup of oil
• 2 tazas de harina de trigo/ 2 cups wheat flour
• 1 taza de jugo de coco/ 1 cup coconut juice
• 4 cdas de cacao en polvo/ 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar haremos la mezcla de la torta, en un bowl agregaremos el huevo y azúcar.

Seguimos con el aceite.

We continue with the oil.

Culminar la mezcla, agregaremos la harina de trigo con el jugo de coco al mismo tiempo poco a poco hasta tener una mezcla espesa.

To finish the mixture, we will add the wheat flour with the coconut juice at the same time little by little until we have a thick mixture.

La mitad de la mezcla la pondremos en otro bowl de preferencia y le introduciremos cacao el polvo. Mezclamos bien.

En una bandeja cubierta de mantequilla con harina de trigo para que no se pegue la torta al sacarla iremos incorporando la mezcla de coco y luego la de chocolate de a poco a poco repitiendo hasta acabar.

In a tray covered with butter and wheat flour so that the cake does not stick when it is taken out, we will add the coconut mixture and then the chocolate mixture little by little, repeating until it is finished.

Para terminar, metemos al horno de 180° por unos 30-45 minutos aproximadamente y listo.
