MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• Pollo/ Chicken
• Tomate/ Tomato
• Cebolla/ Onion
• Salsa de tomate/ Tomato sauce
• Mostaza/ Mustard
• Salsa de soya/ Soy sauce
• Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, prepararemos el pollo cortado en cuadros dándoles sabor con pimienta y sal al gusto.
Para darle color le colocaremos unas gotas de salsa de soya.

To begin, we will prepare the chicken cut in squares and flavor them with pepper and salt to taste.
For color, add a few drops of soy sauce.

Luego freiremos el pollo con suficiente aceite hasta que estén dorados y crujientes.

Then we fry the chicken with enough oil until golden brown and crispy.

Prepararemos nuestro shawarma con una tortilla de pan pita (pan árabe) donde en el centro cubriremos con mostaza, una rodaja de repollo y tomate.

Seguimos con rodajas de cebolla.

We continue with onion slices.

Para terminar, por encima le agregaremos el pollo.
Luego por los 2 extremos enrollaremos para colocarlo a tostar en un sarten hasta que estén dorados.

Listo los acompañamos con papitas fritas y a disfrutar¡
