Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. A continuación les compartiré otro de mis almuerzos fáciles y rápidos que nos saca de apuros. Se trata de fajitas de carne con papas fritas, un almuerzo que resuelve y muy delicioso.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• Bistec/ Steak
• Pimentón verde y rojo/ Green and red bell pepper
• Papas/ Potatoes
• Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, haremos nuestras papas en trozos gruesos.
Mientras la freiremos con suficiente aceite, le agregaremos un toque de pimienta negra hasta que estén fritas y doradas.

To begin with, we will make our potatoes in thick pieces.
While we will fry them with enough oil, we will add a touch of black pepper until they are fried and golden brown.

Por otro lado, prepararemos el bistec em tiras dándole sabor con un toque de pimienta negra y sal.

Ahora en el mismo sarten que utilizamos anteriormente, pondremos a freír cebolla y pimentón rojo en tiras.
