Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. En este siguiente post les vengo a compartir una receta que me llamo la atención por youtube y se trata de sándwich de cafetería coreana. Primera vez realizando y comiendo este sándwich, uno de los mejores por sus ingredientes como sencillez.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• 2 rodajas de pan de molde/ 2 slices of sliced bread
• Mostaza/ Mustard
• Queso/ Cheese
• Lechuga/ Lettuce
• Repollo morado/ Purple cabbage
• Tomate/ Tomato
• Papel de plástico/ Plastic paper

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar armaremos el sándwich teniendo nuestras 2 rodajas de pan de molde. Con una rodaja rociaremos de mostaza y colocaremos una rodaja de queso (pueden agregarle jamón también).

To start we will assemble the sandwich having our 2 slices of sliced bread. With one slice we will spread mustard and place a slice of cheese (you can add ham as well).

En una rodaja de lechuga pondremos adentro el repollo morado cortado en tiras y enrollamos por los lados hasta tener una forma cuadrara (si la hoja de lechuga no es grande como la mía, pueden colocar otra rodaja encima y enrollar).

In a slice of lettuce put inside the purple cabbage cut into strips and roll up the sides to have a square shape (if the lettuce leaf is not as big as mine, you can place another slice on top and roll up).

Por ultimo, pondremos las rodajas de tomate.

Finally, add the tomato slices.

Para terminar. enrollaremos nuestro sándwich con un plástico y cortaremos con un cuchillo por la mitad. Listo a comer¡

To finish, we roll our sandwich with a plastic wrap and cut with a knife in half. Ready to eat!
