MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• Carne molida/ Ground beef
• 1 plátano maduro/ 1 ripe plantain
• Cebolla/ Onion
• Zanahoria/ Carrot
• Papa/ Pope
• Jugo de cúrcuma/ Turmeric juice
• Ajo/ Garlic
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, cortaremos el plátano en tiras donde lo freiremos en un sarten con aceite hasta que estén dorados.
Donde los cortaremos en cuadros.

To begin, cut the plantain into strips and fry them in a pan with oil until golden brown.

Ahora prepararemos la carne molida donde en una bandeja freiremos ajo picado hasta que este tostado y dorado.
Luego le seguiremos agregando lo que falta
como las zanahoria y papas en tiras.

Mientras se esta cocinando varios minutos le mezclaremos la carne molida bien (no nos olvidemos de la pizca de sal).

Pasado 3-5 minutos pondremos la carne jugosa sustituyendo la salsa de tomate con una taza de agua con un poco de jugo de cúrcuma ya que es amarga.

Para terminar, cuando este la carne casi en su punto le agregaremos los trozos en cuadros de plátano.
