Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. En este post les comparto unos de mis cena favoritas y se trata sándwich de huevo con mortadela. Fácil de hacer para la cena con pan de molde, unas de mis maneras favoritas de hacer sándwich.

Hi guys, I hope you are doing well. In this post I share with you one of my favorite dinners and it is egg sandwich with bologna. Easy to make for dinner with sliced bread, one of my favorite ways to make sandwich.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• 2 rodajas de pan de molde/ 2 slices of sliced bread
• 2 huevos/ 2 eggs
• Lechuga/ Lettuce
• Tomate/ Tomato
• Mortadela/ Mortadella
• Mayonesa/ Mayonnaise
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, pondremos los 2 huevos en un vaso y damos vueltas para así agregarle una pizca de sal.

To begin, we will put the 2 eggs in a glass and we turn them in order to add a pinch of salt.

Pondremos a calentar un sarten con aceite para así poner los huevos revueltos.
Encima pondremos los 2 panes de molde tal y como vemos en la foto.

We will heat a frying pan with oil to put the scrambled eggs.
On top we will put the 2 sliced breads as shown in the picture.

Ya a los minutos vemos que la tortilla esta lista voltearemos y doblaremos los laterales derecho e izquierdo.

After a few minutes we see that the tortilla is ready, we will flip and fold the right and left sides.

Ahora rellenaremos nuestro sándwich con mortadela frita en la parte de arriba y abajo trozos de lechuga.

Now we will fill our sandwich with fried mortadella on the top and pieces of lettuce on the bottom.

Arriba de la mortadela pondremos trozos de tomate.
Luego pondremos la salsas de nuestra preferencia como yo escogí la mayonesa por encima.

On top of the mortadella we will put pieces of tomato.
Then we will put the sauce of our preference as I chose the mayonnaise on top.

Para terminar, pondremos la parte de arriba encima de la otra y así formar un sándwich para cenar.

To finish, put the top part on top of the other to form a sandwich for dinner.
