MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• Bistec/ Steak
• Tomate/ Tomato
• Cebolla/ Onion
• Pimentón/ Paprika
• Cilantro
• Pimienta negra/ Black pepper

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar prepararemos la salsa, con tomate y cebolla en cuadros donde aplastaremos.

Seguimos con el pimentón y cilantro. Aplastaremos bien.

Ya aplastamos bien los aliños, mezclamos con un poco de aceite.

Preparemos el bistec en tiras dándole sabor con un toque de sal y pimienta negra.

Para terminar, colocaremos el bistec en un sarten a fuego medio donde lo dejamos cocinar por unos 3-5 minutos hasta que le agregaremos la salsa de cilantro.
