Celebrando mi cumpleaños 30 🎂🎁✨ [ESP-ENG]

El pasado 28 de Enero fue mi cumpleaños número 30 y quiénes ya me conocen saben lo mucho que amo celebrar este día especial y que cada año intento hacerlo de una manera diferente, este año por supuesto no fue la excepción y más aún tratándose de un número tan importante como el 30.

Last January 28th was my 30th birthday, and those who know me know how much I love celebrating this special day and that every year I try to do it in a different way. This year, of course, was no exception, especially since it was such an important number as 30.

Los días previos a mi cumpleaños estuve pensando en que haría para ese día hasta que al final me decidí por no hacer ni fiesta ni reunión sino algo que pudiera disfrutar yo, así que pensé mejor en salir ese día en lugar de pasarlo en casa.

In the days leading up to my birthday, I spent a lot of time thinking about what I would do. Finally, I decided against a party or get-together, opting instead for something I could enjoy myself. So, I thought it would be better to go out instead of staying home.

Mi día comenzó desde bien temprano ya que ese día tuve que trabajar y apenas desperté Dani tenía en manos mis regalos de cumpleaños que eran varias cositas, entre dulces y chocolates de mis favoritos, un par de franelas que amé y una linda cadenita con un corazón y mi inicial.

My day started very early since I had to work. As soon as I woke up, Dani had my birthday presents in her hands. They were several little things, including some of my favorite candies and chocolates, a couple of t-shirts I loved, and a cute necklace with a heart and my initial.

En el trabajo me cantaron cumpleaños y me dieron mi respectivo pedazo de torta que este año fue diferente ya que se acordaron de que a mí me gusta mucho el coco, por lo que me dieron un trozo de prestigio en el que va coco y brigadeiro.

At work they sang "Happy Birthday" to me and gave me my slice of cake, which this year was different because they remembered that I really like coconut, so they gave me a "Prestige" slice with coconut and brigadeiro.

Llegando a casa después del trabajo mi amiga Mau me mandó por Uber la torta que le encargué, una pequeñita y sencilla, ya que aunque no iba a hacer ningún tipo de celebración no quería dejar pasar la ocasión sin una torta, la cual quedó bellísima y deliciosa.

When I got home from work, my friend Mau sent me the cake I had ordered via Uber. It was a small and simple cake, because even though I wasn't planning any kind of celebration, I didn't want to miss the occasion without a cake, which turned out beautiful and delicious.

Compré un lindo vestido negro para la ocasión, el cual combiné con un hermoso cinturón dorado y sandalias doradas y tomé algunas fotos antes de salir de casa.

I bought a cute black dress for the occasion, which I paired with a beautiful gold belt and gold sandals, and I took some pictures before leaving home.

Nos fuimos al centro comercial Jardim Das Américas al cual habíamos ido una sola vez hace poco más de un año y estando allá paseamos y caminamos por todo el lugar.

We went to the Jardim Das Américas shopping center, which we had visited only once before a little over a year ago, and while we were there we strolled around and walked all over the place.

Entramos a una sala de juegos, compramos algunas fichas y jugamos varios juegos como hockey de mesa y probamos suerte con las maquinitas de peluche y aunque no gané nada la pasé muy bien.

We went into an arcade, bought some tokens and played several games like table hockey and tried our luck with the claw machines, and although I didn't win anything I had a great time.

Al final nos fuimos a la feria de comida a ver qué podíamos cenar y la verdad no habían muchas opciones pero entre lo poco que había tuvimos que elegir que comer. Al final nos decidimos por un lugar llamado Rock N' Grill donde pedimos 2 opciones diferentes para compartir, una de ellas fue una hamburguesa de bacon y queso cheddar y también un plato para 2 que incluía bolitas de yuca rellenas de calabresa, carne salteada con cebolla, calabresa y papas fritas.

In the end, we went to the food court to see what we could have for dinner, and honestly, there weren't many options, but we had to choose what to eat from what little was available. We finally decided on a place called Rock N' Grill where we ordered two different dishes to share: one was a bacon and cheddar cheese burger, and the other was a plate for two that included yucca balls stuffed with calabrese sausage, sautéed beef with onions, calabrese sausage, and French fries.

Luego de cenar nos fuimos a casa, pues, ya era algo tarde y estábamos cansados porque ese día habíamos trabajado. Mi cumpleaños fue bastante sencillo y tranquilo pero también muy especial, la pasé muy bien y siempre tuve la compañía de mi persona favorita en el mundo.

After dinner we went home, as it was getting late and we were tired from working that day. My birthday was quite simple and quiet, but also very special. I had a great time and was always in the company of my favorite person in the world.
