Hoy es un día especial para nosotros, pues, hoy celebramos 16 años de relación, lo que sin duda hace de esta una fecha muy importante y obviamente una que tenemos que celebrar.

Today is a special day for us, as we celebrate 16 years of our relationship, which undoubtedly makes this a very important date and one that we obviously have to celebrate.

Cada año hacemos algo diferente en este día, y esta vez no fue la excepción. Si ya nos conocen saben que no somos personas de grandes celebraciones, pero tampoco nos gusta quedarnos de brazos cruzados sin hacer nada en un día como este.

Every year we do something different on this day, and this time was no exception. If you know us, you know we're not big on celebrations, but we also don't like to just sit around doing nothing on a day like this.

Este año fue bastante sencillo, ya que solo nos fuimos al centro comercial a almorzar, fuimos con la idea de comer comida mexicana pero al final nos decidimos por comer en Popeyes, una cadena de comida rápida muy famosa aquí en Brasil.

This year was quite simple, as we only went to the mall for lunch. We went with the idea of eating Mexican food, but in the end we decided to eat at Popeyes, a very famous fast food chain here in Brazil.

Despues de almorzar nos fuimos a otro lugar a pasear, vimos que por ahí cerca teníamos un museo y nos fuimos hasta allá, recorrimos todo el lugar y la pasamos bien. Tuvimos un día bastante tranquilo y .uy bonito, hicimos algo diferente y vivimos una nueva experiencia que también es parte de nuestras vacaciones.

After lunch we went for a walk somewhere else. We saw there was a museum nearby, so we went there, explored the whole place, and had a great time. We had a very peaceful and beautiful day; we did something different and had a new experience, which is also part of our vacation.
