The Christmas reunion with my colleagues from UPEL was undoubtedly an event full of emotions and memories. When I arrived at the venue, which was the Horneaditos restaurant, the atmosphere was decorated with bright lights and festive decorations that evoked the Christmas spirit. The warmth of the decorations and the aroma of Christmas delicacies created a cozy and festive atmosphere.
Seeing my colleagues and fellow undergraduate students, it was as if no time had passed. Smiles multiplied and hugs were inevitable. Everyone brought stories of their lives after graduation, and we soon began sharing funny anecdotes and unforgettable moments from our time at university. Laughter filled the air as we recalled the antics of those days.
The exchange of sweets was a special moment. Everyone brought their favorite treats, allowing us to relive flavors from childhood and share family traditions. From decorated cookies to chocolates and traditional candies, the table was filled with colors and aromas that awakened nostalgia. By sharing these sweets, they not only exchanged treats, but also the stories behind each one, creating an even stronger bond between everyone.
During the evening, there were also moments to reflect on the journey since graduation. Everyone shared their achievements, challenges, and lessons learned, which further enriched the conversation. It was an opportunity to celebrate not only friendship, but also each person's personal and professional growth.
The background music, with Christmas carols and songs we used to listen to together, completed the experience. Some even dared to sing and dance, reviving the joy of those carefree days at university.
At the end of the evening, we said goodbye with promises not to let so much time pass before our next gathering. The reunion not only celebrated Christmas, but also the lasting friendship they formed during their time at UPEL. It was a day filled with laughter, sweets, and memories they will cherish forever.

El reencuentro navideño con mis colegas de la UPEL fue, sin duda, un evento lleno de emociones y recuerdos. Al llegar al lugar del encuentro,que fue en el restaurante Horneaditos, el ambiente estaba decorado con luces brillantes y adornos festivos que evocaban el espíritu navideño. La calidez de la decoración y el aroma de las delicias navideñas creaban una atmósfera acogedora y festiva.
Al ver a mis colegas y compañeros de estudio de l pregrado, fue como si el tiempo no hubiera pasado. Las sonrisas se multiplicaron y los abrazos fueron inevitables. Cada uno traía consigo historias de sus vidas después de la graduación, y pronto comenzamos a compartir anécdotas divertidas y momentos inolvidables de nuestro tiempo en la universidad. Las risas resonaban en el aire mientras recordábamos las travesuras de aquellos días.
El intercambio de dulces fue un momento especial. Cada uno trajo sus golosinas favoritas, lo que permitió revivir sabores de la infancia y compartir tradiciones familiares. Desde galletas decoradas hasta chocolates y caramelos típicos, la mesa se llenó de colores y aromas que despertaron la nostalgia. Al compartir estos dulces, no solo intercambiaron golosinas, sino también historias detrás de cada uno, creando un vínculo aún más fuerte entre todos.
Durante la tarde-noche, también hubo momentos para reflexionar sobre el camino recorrido desde la graduación. Cada uno compartió sus logros, desafíos y aprendizajes, lo que enriqueció aún más la conversación. Fue una oportunidad para celebrar no solo la amistad, sino también el crecimiento personal y profesional de cada uno.
La música de fondo, con villancicos y canciones que solíamos escuchar juntos, completó la experiencia. Algunos incluso se animaron a cantar y bailar, reviviendo la alegría de aquellos días despreocupados en la universidad.
Al final de la noche, nos despedimos con promesas de no dejar pasar tanto tiempo antes del próximo encuentro. El reencuentro no solo celebró la Navidad, sino también la amistad duradera que formaron en su paso por la UPEL. Fue un día lleno de risas, dulces y recuerdos que atesorarán por siempre.
