Paso 1: Lavamos y picamos todos los vegetales y los aliños. Seguidamente en una olla de presión con agua filtrada procedemos a echar las verduras, los aliños, la sal y todo esto lo cocinamos por 20 minutos.

Paso 2: Ya cocido los vegetales, los colocamos en una licuadora y le vamos agregando los cominos, la pimienta, el ingrediente estrella que es el jengibre, el cubito Maggi de pollo y el cilantro picadito, todo esto lo batimos muy bien y ya queda lista la aperitiva crema de apio, papa, zanahoria.
