Saludos a todos los Hiver y deseándoles muchos éxitos y bendiciones. Hoy me uno a el concurso semanal de esta bella "Comunidad de Ladies of Hive"/ Ladies of Hive # 57, lo cual es mi primera participación en el mismo. Le doy las gracias a la hermosa amiga @keritroberts por invitarme a participar.
Y sin mas preámbulo les estaré contando ¿Cuáles son mis rituales nocturnos justo antes de acostarme? / Ladies of Hive # 57.
Greetings to all Hiver's and wishing you many successes and blessings. Today I join the weekly contest of this beautiful "Ladies of Hive Community"/ Ladies of Hive # 57, which is my first participation in it. I give thank you to the beautiful friend @keritroberts for inviting me to participate.
And without further ado I'll be telling you what my nightly rituals are just before bedtime / Ladies of Hive # 57.
Quitarme el maquillaje| Makeup removal
Casi nunca me voy a la cama sin quitarme el maquillaje, es mi primer ritual. Es de vital importancia tener mi rostro bien limpio. Utilizo pocos implementos para limpiarme la cara. Como ven en la foto, utilizo: Agua Micelar con las toallitas húmedas y por ultimo una crema nutritiva.
I almost never go to bed without removing my makeup, it's my first ritual. It is vitally important to have a clean face. I use few tools to clean my face. As you can see in the photo, I use: Micellar water with wet wipes and finally a nourishing cream.
Darme una ducha | Take a shower
Seguidamente antes de acostarme a dormir en la noche me doy una buena ducha con agua tibia. No puedo ir a la cama sin bañarme, es imprescindible para mi este ritual. Y luego colocarme la pijama.
Then, before going to sleep at night, I take a good shower with warm water. I can't go to bed without a bath, this ritual is a must for me. And then put on my pajamas.
Preparar la ropa del día siguiente | Preparing the next day's clothes
Desde que estaba muy pequeña mi madre me enseño a ser precavida y una de las cocas es esta, la de preparar la ropa que voy a utilizar al día siguiente, para ahorrar tiempo en la mañana ya que siempre estudie en el turno de la mañana y me tocaba madrugar bastante. Y ahora que trabajo tambien hago este ritual, me parece que es bueno y que el que quiera puede tomar este ritual y practicarlo.
Since I was very little my mother taught me to be cautious and one of the rituals is this, to prepare the clothes that I will wear the next day, to save time in the morning because I always studied in the morning shift and I had to get up early enough. And now that I work I also do this ritual, I think it is good and that anyone who wants to can take this ritual and practice it.
Dar gracias a Dios | Giving thanks to God
Para terminar con mi ritual nocturno, antes de ir a dormir, es muy importante para mi, darle las gracias a Dios por el regalo de la vida, por las enseñanzas, por la protección que le da a mi familia, amigos y a el mas necesitado y por su puesto a mi. Y rezo el rosario pidiendo salud, el pan de cada día y su misericordia. Y luego de este me duermo hasta el otro día.
To end my nightly ritual, before going to sleep, it is very important for me to thank God for the gift of life, for the teachings, for the protection he gives to my family, friends and the most needy and of course to me. And I pray the rosary asking for health, daily bread and his mercy. And after this I go to sleep until the next day.

Yes, some early planning and choices makes your next day much smoother and less likelihood to forget anything important. Something my Son hasn't mastered yet.
