Hola a todos, hoy es Domingo, se les saluda y les deseo un día lleno de muchas bendiciones. En esta ocasión y para variar un poco les traigo una receta muy fácil para acompañar sus almuerzos o una nutritiva cena.
Hello everyone, today is Sunday, I greet you and wish you a day full of many blessings. On this occasion and for a change I bring you a very easy recipe to accompany your lunches or a nutritious dinner.
Ingredientes | Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg. de Apio picado en trozos
- 2 Zanahorias picadas en trozos
- 1 Ají dulce picado
- 1 cebolla blanca picada
- 1/2 rama de cebollín picado
- 1/2 rama de ajo porro picado
- Cilantro, perejil o apio españa al gusto picado
- 1 Pimienta negra al gusto
- Sal al gusto
- 1/2 Kg. of Celery chopped in pieces
- 2 carrots chopped in pieces
- 1 sweet chili chopped
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1/2 branch of chives chopped
- 1/2 branch of minced leek garlic
- chopped cilantro, parsley or celery to taste * 1 black pepper to taste
- 1 black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

- Tiempo de Preparación: 20 minutos / Preparation: Time:20 minutes
- Tiempo de Cocción: 15 minutos / Cooking Time: 15 minutes
- Cantidad: Para 5 personas / Quantity: For 5 persons.
- Contenido Calórico: medio / Caloric content: medium
Paso 1: Se lavan, se pelan los vegetales y se pican.
Step 1: Wash, peel and chop the vegetables.
Paso 2: A continuación en una ola de presión se vierte agua y se echan todos los vegetales: el apio, la zanahoria, el ají dulce, el ajo porro, la cebolla blanca, el cebollín y se le agrega la sal. Luego de tapa la olla y se deja cocinar por 15 minutos.
Step 2: Then in a pressure cooker pour water and add all the vegetables: celery, carrots, sweet bell pepper, garlic, garlic, white onion, chives and salt. Then cover the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Paso 3: Luego que ya las verduras estan blandas se procede a licuar todo en la licuadora y se le agrega el cilantro, perejil y pimienta al gusto.
