Saludos a todos. Después de un largo receso por las fiestas de navidad, volví a mi trabajo que es en el Liceo (unidad educativa), es decir nos reintegramos de nuevo. Ya bajo el esquema que el gobierno dictamino: todos a las aulas de clases con una normalidad entre comillas y bajo todas las medidas de bioseguridad. Ya que cuando comenzó el año escolar en el mes de Octubre trabajamos con el esquema de 7+7 que se basaba en 7 días de trabajo dentro del liceo y 7 días en casa bajo la modalidad en línea, por internet.
Greetings to all. After a long break for the Christmas holidays, I returned to my job, which is at the Liceo (educational unit), that is to say, we are reintegrating again. Now under the scheme that the government dictated: all to the classrooms with a normality between quotation marks and under all the biosecurity measures. When the school year began in October, we worked with the 7+7 scheme, which was based on 7 days of work inside the school and 7 days at home under the online modality, through the Internet.
Me levante bien temprano el día lunes 10 de Enero a preparar el desayuno y el almuerzo para dejarlo listo y salí como de costumbre antes de las 7am de casa para dirigirme muy contenta a el Liceo a reencontrarme con mis compañeros de trabajo y estudiantes.
I got up very early on Monday, January 10th to prepare breakfast and lunch to get it ready and left home before 7am as usual to go to the Liceo to meet up with my co-workers and students.

Regresamos a la institución con muchas expectativas e incertidumbre. Solo los profesores de las distintas coordinaciones fuimos citados para una reunión muy particular y extraordinaria. Además, nos informaron que los estudiantes se van a reintegrar a las aulas de clase el próximo lunes 17 de Enero. Ya les cuento ¿por qué?.
We returned to the institution with many expectations and uncertainty. Only the professors of the different coordinations were summoned for a very special and extraordinary meeting. In addition, we were informed that the students will return to the classrooms next Monday, January 17. I will tell you why.
En el descanso de las navidades el Director de la institución se había lanzado a la candidatura para optar a ser concejal y efectivamente lo logro y gano, ya es concejal de nuestra ciudad. Entonces el liceo se quedo sin director. Se nos fue citados a todo el personal de la institución a una reunión extraordinaria. Pero esa reunión fue por partes, con le objetivo de dar los lineamientos que se van a seguir de ahora en adelante hasta finalizar el año escolar 2021-2022. Se cito primero a todo el personal obrero y cocineras seguidamente al equipo técnico, personal administrativo y por último, se llevo a cabo un Concejo General con todo el personal de la institución, estas reuniones se realizaron entre el día Lunes y miércoles 12 de Enero.
During the Christmas break, the Director of the institution had launched his candidacy to become a councilman and he actually succeeded and won, he is already a councilman of our city. Then the school was left without a director. All the staff of the institution was summoned to an extraordinary meeting. But that meeting was in parts, with the objective of giving the guidelines to be followed from now on until the end of the 2021-2022 school year. First all the workers and cooks were summoned, then the technical team, administrative staff and finally, a General Council was held with all the staff of the institution, these meetings were held between Monday and Wednesday, January 12.

En la reunión se tocaron puntos importantes y el de mas relevancia, fue la presentación de la nueva Directora del Liceo, la Profesora Tarcilia, que por cierto, era docente de la institución, el año pasado y se fue a cumplir otro cargo dentro del mismo ministerio de educación pero fuera de nuestra institución. Ella converso con todos y nos dio a conocer las nuevas directrices a seguir. Esta nos informo que va ha poner un poco de orden en todo, ya que ha observado que ciertas cosas no están funcionando como deberían ser en la institución, es decir organizar todo para que el Liceo siga teniendo la mejor imagen y siendo unos de los mejores de nuestra ciudad San Cristóbal y del Estado Táchira.
During the meeting, important points were discussed and the most important was the presentation of the new Director of the school, Professor Tarcilia, who was a teacher at the school last year and left to fulfill another position within the same Ministry of Education but outside our institution. She talked with everyone and let us know the new guidelines to follow. She informed us that she is going to put some order in everything, since she has observed that certain things are not working as they should be in the institution, that is to say to organize everything so that the Liceo continues having the best image and being one of the best in our city San Cristobal and the State of Tachira.
Al finalizar la reunión aproveche de tomarme unas fotos con mis compañeros de trabajo y tambien a varios espacios de la institución.
At the end of the meeting I took the opportunity to take some pictures with my coworkers and also in several areas of the institution.

Finalmente esto fue todo por hoy, espero que este año escolar sea de éxitos y bendiciones. Mucha felicitaciones a la nueva directora de la institución, mi amiga y compañera la Profe Tarcilia, que su estadía y SU GESTION en este nuevo cargo, sean excelentes y de muchos beneficios para todos nosotros y el plantel educativo.
