Cakes is a savory food made on different shapes it typically baked or fried. Cake is a sweet soft food made from flour, fat, sugar, and other ingredients, baked and most times it is cover with ice or decorated.

Plain cake

---

My definition of plain cake is a white cake without paparazzi, not too strong and at the same time is not really fluffy,this type of cakes are mostly use where our design are based on culturing or novelty designs.

Recipe of plain cake

---

• Butter 500g
• Sugar 350g
• Flour 600g
• Baking powder 2teaspoon
• 10 large eggs
• Oneteaspoon vanilla flavour
• One teaspoon milk emulsion flavour

Procedure

---

1. Cream butter and sugar till soft and fluffy either manually with hands or mixer.
2. Sift flour,and measure baking powder inside it..set aside.
3. Break ur eggs,measure flavour inside it and whisk together.
4. Gradually portion half mixture of eggs inside d creamy butter and sugar and fold in with spatula.
5. Pour half portion of flour mixture gradually and fold in well.
6. Pour in d remaining eggs mixture fold in well.
7. Then pour in d remaining flour mixture and fold in well....our cake batter is ready.
8. Grease ur pan with butter, dust with flour,then pour in d cake batter and bake in a preheated oven till tooth pick inserted comes out clean...
