¡Hola Hivers! Un gusto saludarlos, últimamente me volví muy fan de las iniciativas y como no si me divierto y aprendo tanto redactando cada una de ellas. Hoy navegando un poco por la comunidad de Movies & TV Shows me he encontrado con una iniciativa la cual llamó mucho mi atención y no la iba a pasar por alto, esta misma fue creada por @littlegremlin. Me pareció la excusa perfecta ya que AMO hablar sobre los personajes que me gustan independientemente de donde sean, en esta ocasión les hablaré acerca de tres personajes LGBTQ+ que son mis favoritos.
Hi Hivers! A pleasure to greet you, lately I became a big fan of the initiatives and how not if I have fun and learn so much writing each one of them. Today I was browsing the Movies & TV Shows community and I found an initiative that caught my attention and I wasn't going to overlook it, it was created by @littlegremlin. I thought it was the perfect excuse since I LOVE talking about the characters I like regardless of where they are from, this time I will talk about three LGBTQ+ characters that are my favorites.

Marcy, como acostumbro a decirle, es uno de los personajes principales de la serie animada Hora de Aventura, es la Reina de los Vampiros y es la única vampiresa por ahora que es conocida en la Tierra de Ooo (sin contar a Marshall Lee) quien es su contraparte y vive en la tierra de Aaa. Tiene más de 1000 años pero físicamente aparenta ser una chica de 18-19 años aproximadamente.
Marcy, as I usually call her, is one of the main characters of the animated series Adventure Time, she is the Queen of the Vampires and she is the only vampire so far known in the Land of Ooo (not counting Marshall Lee) who is her counterpart and lives in the land of Aaa. She is over 1000 years old but physically appears to be a girl of about 18-19 years old.

Es muy extrovertida y ama hacerles bromas a sus amigos y quienes no lo son, hasta en ciertos episodios aparece haciéndole bromas a Finn donde le hace creer que es malvada, cosa que no es así. Ella al principio de la serie es la típica villana y suele cambiar de aspecto en casi todos los episodios. No es la típica vampira común, ya que no se alimenta de sangre como era de esperarse, pues prefiere absorber el color rojo de la comida, como bien podrían ser fresas, manzanas, cerezas, entre otras.🍎🍉🍓🍒
She is very extroverted and loves to make jokes to her friends and those who are not, even in certain episodes she appears making jokes to Finn where she makes him believe that she is evil, which is not so. At the beginning of the series she is the typical villain and usually changes her appearance in almost every episode. She is not the typical common vampire, since she does not feed on blood as expected, as she prefers to absorb the red color of food, such as strawberries, apples, cherries, among others.
Es una chica extremadamente talentosa ya que canta, compone su música y toca su bajo-hacha, se le ve haciendo eso literalmente casi que en todos los episodios. Su único amigo de la infancia era su osito de peluche Hambo, que se lo regaló el Rey Helado cuando era apenas una pequeña niña.🎸🎶
She is an extremely talented girl as she sings, composes her music and plays her bass-axe, she is seen doing that literally almost every episode. Her only childhood friend was her teddy bear Hambo, who was given to her by King Ice Cream when she was just a little girl.🎸🎶

Marceline al inicio de la serie era la típica villana, pero en el transcurso de la serie va cambiando. Ella actualmente es más amigable, como se ha comprobado en los últimos episodios ya que se lleva bien con la mayoría de los personajes quienes al principio le tenían miedo.
Marceline at the beginning of the series was the typical villain, but over the course of the series she changes. She is now more friendly, as has been proven in the last episodes as she gets along well with most of the characters who were afraid of her at the beginning.
Mi preciosa Marcy, es una vampira muy inteligente y estilizada, posee dos marcas en de color rojo las cuales fueras causadas por la mordedura del Rey Vampiro. Habitualmente le gusta molestar a Finn y a Jake y suele esconderse en la casa del árbol donde ambos viven, ¡Se divierte mucho al hacerles bromas!
My beautiful Marcy is a very smart and stylish vampire, she has two red marks which were caused by the bite of the King Vampire. She usually likes to tease Finn and Jake and hides in the tree house where they both live, she has a lot of fun playing pranks on them!
Como ella misma se describe, es una salvaje chica rockera, se convirtió en una entrépita aventura tras siglos de vagar por la Tierra de Ooo, es amante de las cosas exóticas (sin conocerla muy bien ya lo sabía jajaja). Tiene una personalidad bastante traviesa y extrovertida como ya mencioné, no se deja intimidar por nada ni nadie y es algo que admiro y destaco mucho de ella, tal vez fue lo que más llamó mi atención en el momento. Ella es descrita por Finn como una niña bien que le encanta el karaoke.
As she describes herself, she's a wild rocker chick, she became an intrepid adventure after centuries of wandering around the Land of Ooo, she's a lover of exotic things (without knowing her very well I already knew that hahaha). She has quite a mischievous and outgoing personality as I mentioned, she is not intimidated by anything or anyone and it is something I admire and highlight a lot about her, maybe it was what caught my attention the most at the time. She is described by Finn as a good girl who loves karaoke.

No sé por dónde empezar, tal vez no diga mucho o tal vez si ¡No lo sé! ya que Alex es un personaje al cual le tengo un amor inmenso, no solo por ser Alex sino también por quien la interpreta quien es mi preciosa Laura Prepon, actriz que sigo desde hace ya muchos años.
I don't know where to start, maybe I won't say much or maybe I will, I don't know! Alex is a character I love immensely, not only because she is Alex but also because of who plays her, my precious Laura Prepon, an actress I have been following for many years.
Alex, quien trabajo por muchos años como traficante de drogas para un cartel internacional, conoció a Piper quien en ese momento era su novia y eventualmente la fue integrando al negocio mientras juntas viajaban por el mundo. La convenció de llevar una maleta con mucho de dinero proveniente de drogas en un aeropuerto en Europa, a Piper no le gustó en lo absoluto la idea y pues toma la decisión de romper la relación con Alex.
Alex, who worked for many years as a drug trafficker for an international cartel, met Piper, who at the time was his girlfriend, and eventually brought her into the business as they traveled the world together. Un dato que quiero destacar es que el personaje de Alex Vause es basado libremente en Catherine Cleary Wolters, quien es la ex novia de Piper Kerman, el autor de la serie que protagoniza.

She was also teased by other girls because she was poor and wore second hand clothes and shoes, they made fun of her appearance, she was always excluded and pushed to one side.
Los críticos profesionales describen a Alex Vause como inteligente, perspicaz, entrépito e intimidante ya que posee instintos de un pragmático, pero sin alguna estrategia en mente. Es una persona bastante impactante y emocionalmente directa que es capaz de cerrar opciones para así tener un futuro viable, es fascinante, tanto así que queremos entenderla y pasar tiempo con ella.
Professional critics describe Alex Vause as intelligent, insightful, fearless and intimidating as she possesses the instincts of a pragmatist, but without a strategy in mind. She is a very impactful and emotionally direct person who is able to close options in order to have a viable future, she is fascinating, so much so that we want to understand her and spend time with her.
Alex Vause, es un personaje que se roba tu atención de forma inmediata, o al menos así me pasó a mí, y no porque sea un personaje homosexual claramente, sino por su forma de ser. Su actuación y personalidad nacen de una forma tan clara y natural que logra cautivar a todo el público al que llega. Alex, una mujer luchadora quien no se deja intimidar por nadie, eso hizo que se convirtiera en una de mis favoritas, quien destaca no solamente por su orientación sexual sino por ser un personaje con fundamento, con un corazón hermoso y sus objetivos bien planteados.
Alex Vause, is a character that steals your attention immediately, or at least that's what happened to me, and not because he is clearly a homosexual character, but because of the way he is. Her performance and personality are born in such a clear and natural way that she manages to captivate all the audience she reaches. Alex, a fighter woman who is not intimidated by anyone, that made her become one of my favorites, who stands out not only for her sexual orientation but for being a grounded character, with a beautiful heart and her goals well stated.

Elizabeth Johnson, La Condesa
Elizabeth (también conocida como La Condesa), un personaje abiertamente bisexual, intimidante a simple vista, es la propietaria del Hotel Cortez y quien es la portadora de un extraño virus en la sangre. Ella es un personaje de Hotel (una temporada de la serie American Horror Story) quien es interpretado por Lady Gaga.

Click aquíMe divertí mucho redactando este post ya que AMO con locura hablar de las cosas que me gustan y descubrir cosas nuevas que no conocía, por eso el haber conseguido esta genial iniciativa me emocionó bastante porque así doy a conocer más de estos personajes que tal vez algunas personas no conocían y que de cierta forma dan gran visibilidad a la comunidad LGBTQ.
I had a lot of fun writing this post because I LOVE to talk about the things I like and discover new things I didn't know, that's why I was very excited to get this great initiative because this way I get to know more about these characters that maybe some people didn't know and that in a way give great visibility to the LGBTQ community.
