I had 10 Axies banned - I believe that unfairly - please help me to revert

This is the explanatory text I sent to the Axie support team:

The account player (TPWAV_YT) is very dedicated and a huge Axie Infinity game enthusiast.

Due to your efforts and success in reaching +2000 rating last season with an average team, I decided to award you this season with a new team and increase your account to 40 energies.

Once, when I played for someone else myself, a friend had already tested a team and sent it to my account the same day to play, and so I believed that doing this would have no risk.

That's what I did, I tested the team and sent it to him to test it too.

If you look at his battle log you will see that he must have played with the team a few times, but he didn't like it, he preferred another formation so that he realized that they had no intention of abuse in the sense of using the same team on two accounts.

Then I waited over 24 hours to send some more Axies and increase your account to 40 Energies.

I waited another 24 hours and repurposed some Axies with other goals, such as Breeding, creating new teams for other players, etc.

Observing the IP it can also be seen clearly that he never practiced multi-account, nor did I, I play my account in Brazil and he in India.

My account had 40 energy before so if I increased his to 40 it didn't bring any direct advantage for me, I was just allowing him to play with 40 energy as he deserved it and he's a great player.

With this ban he is afraid to play again, he is very sad, he was really dedicated and he certainly needs the money, so it would be very important that he could play again as soon as possible.

Screenshot 20.png

In the Brazilian community about Axie no Discord I'm known for helping everyone, I'm a moderator of several large channels about Brazilian Axie, I've always done everything to help people, and I still do it every day responding to prevent them from making mistakes and getting banned, etc.

Mainly I'm always encouraging everyone to be as honest as possible and follow the rules. Everyone who knows me knows this character of mine and that I would never intentionally try to gain any kind of advantage or abuse the game system.

Reiterating: We are sure we didn't do anything wrong, the only "advantage" would have been maybe using the same team with 2 accounts on the same day, I played with the team, I sent it to my friend, but he didn't like the team and neither and didn't even use these Axies much.

I hope with all my heart that the decision to ban these 10 Axies is reversed so that my friend can continue playing, and I promise to be even more careful in the future. If I have unwittingly violated any rule, even though I never intended to make a dishonest profit, this will never happen again.

Thank you for your attention.

The whole idea of “banning” axies is so totally opposite of everything blockchain based gaming stands for and it’s really disappointing to me that one of the top games in the space is doing that.

Hi, @yabapmatt. Yes, I weighed a lot before entering the game and studied all the rules.

I strongly believe that there was a bug in the script they use to detect abuse, and that flaw would need to be fixed to prevent more people from getting banned.

These 10 Axies banned is not something that harms me too much, but I want to run after them to see if they fix these flaws, I never had the intention of cheating or getting undue profit.

They will be missed by my friend and others who could benefit from playing my teams because he needs the $, and now I'll have to make another team for him with only 20 energies and not 40 as he deserved.

Thanks for commenting. You are the best!

As I never played Axie, it's SO weird to find out that an Axie can be "banned" from the game as a way to punish players that goes against the rules. As @yabapmatt said, it's the opposite of what the blockchain means: an uncentralized community in which assets are "truly owned" by its owner, without the possibility of it being taken from you.

If I understood this correctly, Axie Infinity team can just "ban" axies from the game, making them literally worthless. Is that right?

If so, how can everyone else be sure that they won't ban other axies when they feel like it? Oh, there's an unbalanced axie that's just too strong? Ban all those cards from the game. Oh, player XYZ said something against the admins? Ban all his cards too, to teach him a lesson.

This is like playing World of Warcraft, in which you can lose you character and all your in-game assets if you argue with a GM.

Absolutely!

Players investing huge amounts of time and money and then being at the mercy of centralised game developers is exactly why true blockchain games in which you can't be banned and genuinely own your in-game assets are so attractive.

Axie is a fake blockchain game if this is true.

What the hell is "Axies"?

An "Axie" is an NFT that lives on the Ethereum blockchain. At least 3 of them are required in #AxieInfinity to play the game. Each Axie has a unique set of appearance, stats, and actions (skills).

@uwelang, sorry! You need more to stake more $PIZZA to use this command.

The minimum requirement is 20.0 PIZZA staked.

More $PIZZA is available from Hive-Engine or Tribaldex

I noticed that you have only 1.85 staked !PIZZAs, so you won't be able to share PIZZAs unless you have staked at least 20 of them. 🤓 Thanks for the !BEER! 😁

If Axies can be banned then this is not a proper blockchain game and their NFTs have no real value.

You are such a good person. I remember you delegating me the Centaur card for a whole month and it made such a diff. that I decided to buy and invest in splinterlands. I hope they listen and rectify the mistake. it is better to keep on msg them on twitter. give us the link on discord and we will all retweet it. Stay calm.

It's really dubious with this company where you feel you're constantly walking in the dark with their TOS.
Shady stuff ngl, hope you get your Axies back and they apologize for being such bozos.
Hope TPWAV_YT can move past this and start again.

I never played axie. But after knowing this I will not join. I'm not interested in a game that takes decentralized currency and utilizes it in a centralized platform. It would make sense that they have the ability to ban an nft. But to actually have a system in place that automatically does it, or seems a recurring system that constantly implements it. Nah I'm good.

This banning is counter to everything the blockchain stands for, and is very disappointing for such a big blockchain game like Axie to do this, and may give people the impression that this is common in blockchain games. I also feel sorry for your friend who really needs the money. I hope he is able to play Splinterlands.

Upvoted and shared.

I think this game will fall hard if these kinds of banning and non-sense fixes practices keeps continuing.
