About my Lineup/Strategy
Mylor Crowling (Summoner): A versatile summoner that protects my backline against sneak and opportunity monsters.
Chaos Agent and Fungus Fiend: just cannon fodders to gain time for my backline, Chaos Agent is a fantastic monster for only one mana.
He has decent speed (although, in this case, it is a Reverse Speed ruleset), Phase+Dodge making him very hard to target!
Failed Summoner: probably one of the strongest two-mana cards.
He has Demoralize + Magic Reflect. In short: now I’m protected against melee (Thorns), Ranged (Return Fire), and Magic!
Khmer Princess: another two mana cards.
She is excellent at keeping Failed Summoner alive due to her Tank Heal ability!
Dr. Blight + Djinn Biljka: Camouflage team! Unless my opponent targets them with Scattershot or Blast, they will be safe in the backline! Besides, Blight has many functional abilities, and Biljka has a Void to resist Magic Reflect.

The Battle
Round 1
My opponent picked Obsidian, which might be an advantage since he has only one melee monster (Fungus Fiend), so Thorns won’t be very useful in this match!
At least I saved one mana with Mylor (3 mana cost), while Obsidian has a 4 mana cost.
Chaos Agent didn’t dodge due to the Reverse Speed ruleset but fulfilled his role absorbing two attacks from Dr. Blight and Queen Mycelia.
I got lucky with Dr. Blight's attack in Failed Summoner applying poison.
My backline wouldn’t resist much more magic reflection + Mycelia’s Amplify.
Weaken’s from Djinn Biljka is also very relevant in these mirror matches (Earth x Earth) where the meta is consistently Failed summoner in front!
So, with -1 HP, sometimes the opponent’s monsters die faster, which is crucial!
At the end of the 1st round, only Chaos Agent died.
Still, the monster order made a huge difference, so I kept my Failed Summoner safe from possible Poison and Affliction!
Round 2
There was bloodshed due to the magic reflection.
My Djinn Biljka and my opponent’s Failed Summoner died. Gladly, my Khmer Princess could heal my Failed Summoner since he was not with Affliction becoming the critical factor to get an advantage!
Unfortunately, my Blight missed his attack on Chaos Agent.
Round 3
Things were very tight, my Failed Summoner was killed, while I killed his Chaos Agent and Fungus Fiend! So we are now 3 x 2!
Round 4
My opponent spent his two attacks to take my Fungus Fiend down, and Khmer Princess healed herself and took Queen Mycelia down!
Round 5
I am 2 (Khmer Princess + Blight) x 1 (Dr. Blight) now, but I can’t celebrate yet! His Dr. Blight has 3 attack power and 12 HP, and my only 9 HP and 2 attack power!
Rounds 6 to 8
Fortunately, my Khmer Princess survived long enough to allow Dr. Blight to finish his Blight!
