Hoy, 9 de enero de 2023, se llamo a los educadores para el inicio de clases. Pero los sindicatos hicieron un llamado a paro con una concentración en las plazas todo el país y caminatas hasta las instalaciones televisivas para hacer saber al Presidente de la República nuestro desconecto, con el pago de los aguinaldos, discusión de la contratación colectiva, aumento de salario entre otra obligaciones por cancelar. La situación de los venezolanos es cada vez más crítica con el aumento diario del dólar, alimentos, medicamentos y servicios públicos. Situación intolerable qué ya es imposible de aguantar, un salario mínimo que no llega ni al dólar diario y por ende no alcanza para comprar los alimentos suficientes para tener una vida sana, cancelar los servicios públicos y comprar los productos de uso personal.

Today, January 9, 2023, educators were called to start classes. But the unions called for a strike with a concentration in the squares all over the country and walks to the television facilities to let the President of the Republic know our disconnection, with the payment of Christmas bonuses, discussion of the collective bargaining agreement, salary increase among other obligations to be cancelled. The situation of Venezuelans is becoming more and more critical with the daily increase of the dollar, food, medicines and public services. An intolerable situation which is now impossible to bear, a minimum wage that does not even reach the dollar per day and therefore is not enough to buy enough food to have a healthy life, pay public services and buy toiletry products.

La marcha se propuso llegar a las instalaciones de Tu Tv y hacer saber ante los medios televisivos, nuestro desconecto, esperando una pronta solución a nuestra grave situación inflacionaria, que no dañe el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de nuestros estudiantes. Por su bienestar y el de nuestros hijos estamos luchando.

The march aimed to reach the Tu Tv facilities and make our disconnection known to the television media, hoping for a prompt solution to our serious inflationary situation, which will not harm the teaching and learning process of our students. We are fighting for their welfare and that of our children.

Esperamos que el gobierno de una pronta solución a nuestro problema y no sea necesario el paro definitivo de actividades. Muchas de nuestras compañeras querían acompañarnos pero se encontraban enfermas.

We hope that the government provides a prompt solution to our problem and that a definitive stoppage of activities is not necessary. Many of our companions wanted to join us but they were sick.

Nuestros hijos y familiares también necesitan comer bien y vivir en una Venezuela que cumpla con las obligaciones de sus trabajadores, según lo que contempla el artículo 91 de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.

Our children and relatives also need to eat well and live in a Venezuela that complies with the obligations of its workers, according to what is contemplated in article 91 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Cuatro docentes de aula del turno de la tarde de la U.E."Maria Rodríguez de Vera" nos hicimos presente en la marcha, las otras dos están de permiso por motivos de salud.

Four classroom teachers from the afternoon shift of the U.E. "Maria Rodríguez de Vera" were present at the march, the other two are on leave for health reasons.
