Hoy comenzando el fin de semana, espero esten muy bien amigos de la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, un gusto saludarles, para hoy les compartiré como prepare una carne Salteada con cebolla, pimentón verde y hojas de acelga, es muy fácil de hacer, la podemos acompañar con pan, pasta, arroz, tortillas de harina y consumir w cualquier hora del día, pero en esta oportunidad lo hice para el almuerzo acompañado con arroz.

Bistec Salteado con Cebolla, Pimentón y Acelga🧅 🫑🥬

Ingredientes

350 gr de bistec
2 hojas de acelga
1/2 Pimentón verde
1 cebolla
4 dientes de ajo
1 cucharada de aceite
Sal a gusto

Ingredients

350 gr of steak
2 leaves of chard
1/2 green paprika
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Paso a Paso

Paso 1

Cómo primer paso, vamos a lavar y cortar el bistec en juliana, preferiblemente, calentar una sartén, agregar el aceite, luego la carne y rallamos el ajo, removemos.

Step 1

As a first step, we are going to wash and cut the steak into julienne strips, preferably, heat a frying pan, add the oil, then the meat and grate the garlic, stir.

Paso 2

Seguidamente vamos a lavar, limpiar y cortar en juliana la cebolla y el pimentón verde, agregar a la preparación junto con la sal, remover y cocinar hasta que la cebolla y pimentón esté blando.

Step 2

Next we are going to wash, clean and cut the onion and green pepper into julienne strips, add to the preparation along with the salt, stir and cook until the onion and pepper are soft.

Paso 3

Por último lavamos muy bien la acelga, retiramos el tallo y cortamos las hojas en trozos grandes, remover, cocinar por 1 o 2 minutos y listo para servir y degustar.

Finally, we wash the chard very well, remove the stem and cut the leaves into large pieces, stir, cook for 1 or 2 minutes and ready to serve and enjoy.
