Hola hermosa comunidad, espero hayan pasado una feliz semana. En mi ciudad Cumaná-Venezuela estamos viviendo una ola de calor super fuerte, por lo que el fin de semana pasado decidimos visitar mi pueblo natal Caripe-Sabana de Piedras, donde sus habitantes están bendecidos por un clima frío de montaña excelente.

Hello beautiful community, I hope you had a happy week. In my city Cumaná-Venezuela we are experiencing a super strong heat wave, so last weekend we decided to visit my hometown Caripe-Sabana de Piedras, where its inhabitants are blessed by an excellent cold mountain climate.

Tomar café es una hábito que desde el más jovén hasta el adulto disfruta varias veces al día para calentar el cuerpo dado el frío que hace. Me tocó hacer algunas compras y como es característico allá, de la nada empezó a lloviznar, lo que nos hizo detenernos en una panadería que es relativamente nueva en el pueblo y por supuesto aproveché con mi esposo de disfrutar un delicioso marrón fuerte, como me gusta tanto aquí en el calor como allá en ese frío templado.

Drinking coffee is a habit that from the youngest to the adult enjoys several times a day to warm the body given the cold weather. I had to do some shopping and as is characteristic there, out of nowhere it started to drizzle, which made us stop at a bakery that is relatively new in town and of course I took the opportunity with my husband to enjoy a delicious strong brown, as I like both here in the heat and there in that temperate cold.

La panadería se encuentra en la avenida principal y lleva por nombre La Scala, es pequeña pero muy bien distribuida. Lo que más me llamó a la atención fue el costo del café el cual fue de 15 Bs el grande y 10 el pequeño osea para mí un regalo, ya que acá en Cumaná un buen café no baja de 2 $ osea 50 Bs.

El personal como buenos cariperos muy atentos. Luego de cancelar, en cuestión de segundos ya teniamos nuestro cafe en la mesa y debo decir que la cantidad era de lo más suficiente y su sabor excelente, un marrón fuerte de café el cual tenía el mejor de los sabores se sentía su buen aroma y tostado ideal, aunque tenía la cantidad de leche necesaria y es que Caripe es por excelencia uno de los mejores lugares donde se cosecha y procesa el mejor café de Venezuela.

The bakery is located on the main avenue and is called La Scala, it is small but very well distributed. What caught my attention was the cost of the coffee which was 15 Bs the big one and 10 the small one, that is for me a gift, since here in Cumaná a good coffee does not go below 2 $ or 50 Bs.

The staff as good carperos very attentive. After canceling, in a matter of seconds we had our coffee on the table and I must say that the amount was of the most sufficient and its excellent flavor, a strong brown coffee which had the best of flavors, you could feel its good aroma and ideal roasting, although it had the necessary amount of milk and is that Caripe is par excellence one of the best places where the best coffee of Venezuela is harvested and processed.

Muy sencilla la decoración del local pero muy agradable, además de bien distribuida donde se puede observar todo lo que tienen para ofrecer y es que además del rico pan que por supuesto llevamos para disfrutar en casa, también ofrecen pizzas, pastelitos, cachitos, chucherías y algunos dulces horneados que invitan a probar.

Así que puedo decir que ya tengo un nuevo lugar en mi pueblo donde puedo disfrutar de mi bebida favorita con una excelente preparación. Espero haya sido de su agrado esta presentación y si visitan Caripe el Guacharo como lo conocen, tengan una referencia y puedan disfrutar de un rico café negrito, con leche o marrón.

The decoration of the place is very simple but very nice, and well distributed where you can see everything they have to offer and in addition to the delicious bread that of course we take to enjoy at home, they also offer pizzas, pastries, snacks, sweets and some baked treats that invite you to try.
