Hola amigos, el pescado es uno de los alimentos más consumidos en nuestro estado gracias a nuestra ubicación geográfica.

Este alimento nos aporta excelentes nutrientes como fósforo, hierro, zinc, vitaminas necesarios para nuestro organismo, además de su fácil digestión y excelente valor proteico.

Comencé por lavar y arreglar el pescado para su cocción. Luego agregué un poco de sal a las piezas y llevé a freír en un sartén con aceite vegetal bien caliente. Volteando hasta cocinar y dorar por ambos lados.

I started by washing and arranging the fish for cooking. Then I added a little salt to the pieces and fried them in a frying pan with very hot vegetable oil. Turning until cooked and browned on both sides.

Pasé a realizar el arroz que en este caso con un poco de fideos fritos. Para ello coloque un caldero con aceite y agregué los fideos cortados, dejamos dorar un rato y luego agregamos las tazas de arroz, mezclamos y luego agregamos la cantidad de agua necesaria. Dejamos cocinar hasta que sequé.

Luego hice una ensalada fresca con tomate, cebolla y pepino. Cortamos los tomates y los pepinos en rodajas finas y la cebolla en juliana, mezclamos todo y en esta ocasión agregué una cucharada de mayonesa y el punto de sal.
