Feliz día y feliz inicio de semana amigos de @needleworkmonday, espero hayan pasado un excelente fin de semana. Hoy les muestro un lindo suéter en tono azul muy sencillo donde su parte llamativa esta en sus mangas ya que quise darle un poco de la tendencia coquete colocándole unos sutiles lazos en esta área. Este suéter lo hice para una tía a la cual le quise hacer una prenda un poco más actual ya que ella usa ropa muy sobria y aun es joven y estoy segura que le gustará.
Happy day and happy start of the week @needleworkmonday friends, I hope you had a great weekend. Today I show you a nice sweater in a very simple blue tone where its striking part is in its sleeves because I wanted to give it a little of the flirty trend by placing some subtle bows in this area. I made this sweater for an aunt for whom I wanted to make a more modern garment since she wears very sober clothes and she is still young and I am sure she will like it.
La confección requiere una pieza delantera, una trasera y un par de mangas.
Lo primero es trabajar con las mangas retirando el centro de la manga como se muestra en la figura.
It requires a front piece, a back piece and a pair of sleeves.
The first thing is to work with the sleeves by removing the center of the sleeve as shown in the figure.
Luego para formar los lazos en las mangas vamos a coser una tira larga por el revés que luego vamos a voltear al derecho y cortamos en varios rectángulos según la cantidad de lazos que deseamos, yo le coloqué dos lazos a cada manga así que fueron cuatro rectángulos que luego cosí a cada manga, es decir dos en cada manga.
Then to form the bows on the sleeves we are going to sew a long strip on the back that we are going to turn right side out and cut in several rectangles according to the amount of bows we want, I placed two bows on each sleeve so there were four rectangles that I then sewed on each sleeve, that is to say two on each sleeve.
Lo siguiente fue coser por los hombros la prenda para unir la pieza delantera con la trasera, luego cosemos las mangas trabajadas, pasamos costura por costados y hacemos ruedos en mangas y blusa.
The next step was to sew the shoulders of the garment to join the front piece with the back, then we sew the sleeves worked, we sew the seam along the sides and we make hems on the sleeves and blouse.
Para terminar formamos los lazos en las mangas arruchando los rectángulos en el centro y colocando un aplique decorativo que en este caso use una mini flor blanca.
To finish we form the bows on the sleeves by gathering the rectangles in the center and placing a decorative applique which in this case we used a white mini flower.
Y modelamos la prenda para mostrar como quedó este lindo suéter con mangas coquete para mi querida tía materna.
And we modeled the garment to show how this cute sweater with flirty sleeves turned out for my dear maternal aunt.
La confección de esta prenda no tiene grandes desafíos más que en las mangas que con creatividad y curiosidad nos quedan hermosas. espero a mi tía y a ustedes les guste este proyecto de hoy hecho con mucho amor. Saludos y nos leemos pronto.
