Hola amigos, hoy les traigo una receta que bien puede servir como alternativa de Almuerzo o para nuestra Cena, nada complicada pero si muy rica.

Esta receta se trabaja con papa que también pueden cambiarla por batata o chaco u otro tubérculo que se pueda preparar tipo puré, al igual que el guiso que en esta ocasión utilicé salchicha de carne, lo podemos sustituir o cambiar por carne molida o pollo desmenuzado. Todo dependerá de nuestra creatividad o disponibilidad.

Hello friends, today I bring you a recipe that can serve as an alternative for lunch or dinner, nothing complicated but very tasty.

This recipe works with potato that you can also change it for sweet potato or chaco or other tuber that can be prepared mashed type, as well as the stew that this time I used beef sausage, we can substitute or change it for ground beef or shredded chicken. Everything will depend on our creativity or availability.

  • Papas.
  • 200 gr de salchicha de carne.
  • 200 gr de queso mozarela.
  • 1 Taza de puré de tomate.
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto.
  • Aceite Vegetal.
  • Potatoes.
  • 200 gr of beef sausage.
  • 200 gr of mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 cup of tomato puree.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Vegetable oil.

Lavamos bien las papas, las pelamos y llevamos a sancochar hasta que ablanden. Luego con ayuda de un tenedor trituramos y agregamos un poco de sal, hasta formar una especie de puré.
Wash the potatoes well, peel them and boil them until they are soft. Then with the help of a fork we mash them and add a little salt, until we form a kind of puree.

Colocamos un caldero y agregamos un poco de aceite, luego agregamos media cebolla picada en trozos pequeñitos, al cristalizar agregamos la salchicha cortada en trocitos pequeños y dejamos sofreír con la cebolla hasta que la salchicha tienda a estar semi fritas.

Agregamos luego la taza de puré de tomate y media taza de agua, dejamos cocinar hasta que se forme una salsa y esperamos que seque un poco. No debe quedar muy líquida.
Then add the cup of tomato puree and half a cup of water, let it cook until a sauce is formed and wait for it to dry a little. It should not be too liquid.

En un refractario colocamos aceite vegetal en la base, luego tomamos las papas trituradas y vamos a formar un piso un poco grueso. Luego encima agregamos todo el guiso de la salchicha. Rallamos el queso mozarela y agregamos generosamente hasta cubrir toda la superficie de la preparación. Llevamos al horno por 15 minutos aproximadamente.
In a refractory we put vegetable oil in the base, then we take the mashed potatoes and we are going to form a floor a little thick. Then add all the sausage stew on top. Grate the mozzarella cheese and add it generously until it covers the whole surface of the preparation. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.

Sacamos del horno y dejamos reposar unos minutos para que sea más fácil picar, servir y así disfrutar este delicioso plato que podemos acompañar con una pieza de pan.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us.
