Smoked Chops, Bathed in Dressing Sauce/Chuletas Ahumadas, Bañadas en Salsa de Aliños

Hola amigos, el día de hoy he preparado una comida muy rica para disfrutar en nuestro almuerzo.
Las chuletas ahumadas son muy prácticas ya que por su sabor característico no hace falta agregar, aderezos o condimentos en grandes cantidades, pero hoy decidí hacerlas acompañadas de una rica salsa de aliños que le han aportado un sabor mucho más rico.
Hello friends, today I have prepared a very tasty meal to enjoy at our lunch.
The smoked chops are very practical because of its characteristic flavor does not need to add, dressings or condiments in large quantities, but today I decided to make them accompanied by a rich sauce of seasonings that have provided a much richer flavor.
INGREDIENTES
Ingredients
- 4 Chuletas ahumadas.
- 1 Cebolla.
- 1 Pimentón pequeño.
- 2 Tomates.
- 2 Ajíes dulces.
- 400 gr. de pasta.
- 4 smoked chops.
- 1 onion.
- 1 small paprika.
- 2 Tomatoes.
- 2 sweet peppers.
- 400 gr. of pasta.
Preparación//Preparation
Lavamos nuestras chuletas y las colocamos en un sartén con agua, para que se sancochen y luego al secar, dejamos dorar por ambos lados.
We wash our chops and place them in a pan with water, so that they are parboiled and then when dry, we let them brown on both sides.
Mientras se cocinan las chuletas, Cortamos a groso modo la cebolla, ají, pimentón y sazonamos con un poco de sal, ajo y orégano. Cuando estén un poco blandos agregamos un cucharón del agua donde se están cocinando las chuletas y dejamos cocinar por unos 2 minutos más o hasta que espese un poco. Listos el sofrito lo llevamos a la licuadora y licuamos. Reservamos.
While the chops are cooking, we cut roughly the onion, chili, paprika and season with a little salt, garlic and oregano. When they are a little soft add a ladle of the water where the chops are cooking and let it cook for about 2 more minutes or until it thickens a little. Once the sofrito is ready, we take it to the blender and blend it. Set aside.
Cuando las chuletas están listas doradas por ambos lados, las apagamos y servimos, bañamos con la salsa y acompañamos con lo que más nos guste o dispongamos.
When the chops are ready, browned on both sides, we turn them off and serve, bathe with the sauce and serve with whatever we like or have available.
Hoy la acompañamos con un poco de pasta corta y tajadas fritas y hemos disfrutado nuestras chuletas bañadas en salsa de aliños. Espero les haya agrado esta manera de preparar las chuletas.
Today we served it with some short pasta and fried slices and we have enjoyed our chops bathed in dressing sauce. I hope you liked this way of preparing the chops.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
