El pollo es la proteína de origen animal, los vegetales que le incorpore para aliñar el pollo fue cebolla que es un gran antioxidante al igual que el pimentón que es rico en magnesio, calcio, fósforo y una gran cantidad de vitaminas, el ajo contiene selenio, magnesio y vitaminas C y B6. El orégano contiene muchísimas vitaminas y fitoquìmicos que en el organismo le ofrecen muchos beneficios.
