Feliz noche amigos de Liketu, espero se encuentren bien y que sea un excelente comienzo de semana para todos, hoy les quiero compartir algunas fotos de ayer realizando unas hamburguesas en casa y es primera vez que las hago.

Decidí prepararlas yo misma para no salir a la calle, y con ingredientes que tenía en casa, lo único que compramos fue el pan 🍔 comencé condimentando la carne molida luego de esto hice bolitas y les di forma redonda luego en un sartén con un poco de aceite las cociné.

También hice unas papas fritas, mis favoritas, primero las puse en agua fría con hielo por media hora luego las seque es importante retirar todo el agua, y las frei quedaron divinas.

Por último armé las hamburguesas con salsa, mayonesa, cebolla, tomate, queso amarillo y lechuga y listo, aunque son super sencillas quedaron deliciosas y las acompañamos con jugo de parchita ya que me prohibieron las bebidas gaseosas jaja.

Happy night Liketu friends, I hope you are well and that it is an excellent start to the week for everyone, today I want to share some photos from yesterday making some hamburgers at home and it is the first time I have made them.

I decided to prepare them myself so as not to go out, and with ingredients that I had at home, the only thing we bought was the bread 🍔 I started seasoning the ground meat. After this I made balls and shaped them into a round then in a pan with a little bit of oil I cooked them.

I also made some French fries, my favorite, first I put them in cold water with ice for half an hour then I dried them, it is important to remove all the water, and the fries turned out divine.

Finally, I put together the burgers with sauce, mayonnaise, onion, tomato, yellow cheese and lettuce and that's it. Although they are super simple, they were delicious and we accompanied them with passion fruit juice since I was banned from soft drinks haha.
