Dentro de esto se incluye la administración de fármacos de acuerdo a la indicación médica, conservar los materiales quirúrgicos y equipos estériles, realizar todo los riesgos correspondientes de enfermería como controles de glucemia capilar, líquidos ingeridos y eliminados, control de signos vitales, talla y peso.

Realizar los cuidados básicos de enfermería así mismo preparar al paciente que será ingresado a turno quirúrgico y mantener la vigilancia durante el pre y post operatorio. Estas son algunas de las funciones que debemos realizar como enfermera titular.
