Los seres humanos de este siglo, nos enfrentamos a condiciones de vida extraordinariamente difíciles, la mayoría estamos expuestos a la tensión y al ajetreo de la vida de las grandes ciudades. Sufrimos los efectos de un aire adulterado, cargado de polvo y sustancias ajenas a lo natural. Soportamos bastante estrés por el ruido que no cesa ni de día ni de noche además de tolerar un trabajo mecanizado que impide muchas veces toda clase de actividad física, que nos ayude a mantener nuestro cuerpo algo saludable.

El tiempo se nos presenta limitado, y la comida chatarra está a la orden del día, haciendo estragos en nuestro organismo. Todo este proceso para obtener grandes beneficios que se transforman en una mejor manera de vivir, por lo menos eso es lo que todos esperamos. Cuando en realidad somos bombardeados constantemente con informaciones manipuladas que nos exigen adaptaciones cada vez menos posible, porque cada una demanda un esfuerzo agotador.

Los grandes hombre de negocio que pasan su vida de reunión en reunión prototipo de éxito personal, terminan convertidos en alcohólicos y fumadores sociales.

Todo esto me lleva a compararlo con el uso de la tarjeta de crédito, un recurso económico que da prestigio por los beneficios que esta ofrece, pero es un arma de doble filo, ciertamente produce beneficios, puedes invertir en algún negocio, viajar , comprar cosas que te gusten y te sentirás feliz temporalmente.

El otro lado de la moneda es que debes pagarla , y si no se haces en el tiempo preestablecido se convertirá en una deuda insoportable, interés sobre interés, te quitara la tranquilidad y todo lo que disfrutaste se convierte en una angustiosa búsqueda de más ingresos para poder cumplir con los pagos y estar a la altura de un determinado status , todo por dejarse llevar por las emociones, querer aparentar lo que no somos y tratar de amoldarse a las sociedades consumistas , sin tomar en cuenta los riesgos. Así encontraremos en la vida tentadoras propuestas a que a corto plazo prometen mucho placer pero a la larga esclavizan nuestro ser.

As human beings of this century, we face extraordinarily difficult living conditions, most of us are exposed to the stress and hustle and bustle of big city life. We suffer the effects of polluted air, full of dust and unnatural substances. We endure a lot of stress due to the noise that never ceases, day or night, in addition to tolerating a mechanized work that often prevents any kind of physical activity, which helps us to keep our body somewhat healthy.

Time is limited, and junk food is the order of the day, wreaking havoc on our body. All this process to obtain great benefits that transform into a better way of living, at least that is what we all hope. When in reality we are constantly bombarded with manipulated information that demands from us adaptations less and less possible, because each one demands an exhausting effort.

The great businessmen who spend their lives meeting the prototype of personal success end up as alcoholics and social smokers.

All this leads me to compare it with the use of credit cards, an economic resource that gives prestige for the benefits it offers, but it is a double-edged sword, it certainly produces benefits, you can invest in a business, travel, buy things you like and you will feel happy temporarily.

The other side of the coin is that you have to pay it, and if you do not do it in the pre-established time it will become an unbearable debt, interest on interest, it will take away your peace of mind and everything you enjoyed becomes an anguished search for more income to be able to meet the payments and live up to a certain status, all for being carried away by emotions, wanting to appear what we are not and trying to conform to consumerist societies, without taking into account the risks. Thus we will find in life tempting proposals that in the short term promise a lot of pleasure but in the long run enslave our being.
