Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Whisk to blend evenly.

  2. Add the Milk: Gradually add the plant-based milk to the dry ingredients, whisking constantly to prevent lumps from forming.

  3. Cook the Pudding: Place the saucepan over medium heat and continue to whisk as the mixture warms up. Once it starts to thicken and bubble, reduce the heat to low.
