PLEASE PLAN A BOMB IN THIS RESTAURANT !!!

Ok guys today I want to share you one of the obnoxious momment I've ever had. I know.. I know.. easy guys..

Heres why, 3 months ago I had an invitation for a wedding party of my friend his name is Jacob Anwar (hope your marriage always in happiness), as usual every marriage has its own party and Jacob party based on "ethnicity-party" so they'd served the traditional food from the place he come from. I'd tried the food and it was absolute amazing and IN THAT PARTY I ask him directly just for to know where in this hell he ordered that kind of food and then he gave me the answer the exact place etc.

Long story short yesterday I visit the place located only 9 minutes from my house.. IF YOU DRIVE LIKE MANIAC OFFCOURSE !!! HAHAHAHA. The place called "MANG KABAYAN" it was a Sundanese Restaurant, with the Sundanese design.

The enter spot of the Restaurant look like this. Artsy and ethnic, and here I am like a turd in the wind joking about that haha. Yeah.. you know what Im not going greasy in this one, but I swear I have to come back again after I ate the food for 40 minutes order because of the place full of bunch of family and kids from the inter-province people. So I have to wait so longgggg to get my order, guess what when I ordered the food I was on order queue in the order queue at number 68 WTF 68 !!!. I dont really mind to come again to get a clear shot, but the fact I was so hungry that time made me took a shot half-sided.

Anyway the place has this rigid ethnic way to display, not so BALI if you even wonder but still in vibe of old school #southeastasia or #asean vibe. Still working so good even in the matter of aesthetic and also for you guys who don't know this kind of place usually have a good air system, the place so airy and mildy cool, and ya for the picture you saw that we sitting on the floor. Im not going to lie but sometimes it felt good to sitting with tradtional table like that, it adds a "peace" in the family way and also... YOU CAN GET FULL FASTER, SO YOU DONT SAVE YOUR MONEY A LOT !!! HAHAHAHA

They also have this VIP room you have to order before you come, I think so many executives use that in the purpose of meeting.. or.. HAHAHHA . Just kidding as far as I know we Indonesian never go that low especially those who have coorporate career because this country is kind of "jungle" in the matter of society-judge-penalty.

Ya the place is also so have a good service actually, I cant really put a word for their job the waitress because Imagine you have 80 order food at the sametime. The place itself somehow represent Calmness in the traditional way.

This food exactly the taste that I'd taste in Jacob wedding. So I tried my best to give it a try, and hey this is might look so simple and standart but the way they cook it gave me another concept. The menu itself called "ayam bakar" it like grilled chicken but with the sweet soy sauce I guess and offcourse with their own recipe. The texture surely can tell it was well-done chicken and also the sauce is spicy fit my spicy level requirement. I dont know man.. I dont really know how to describe what I felt especially when the picture showed you a simple thing. I really hope you can try so we can be in the same conversation or else this going to look Im bullshitting you entire time.

anyway , the chicken is 100 % not boiled injected chicken, the chicken is a natural chicken that grew up without any supplement or anything. You definetely can tell if you had tried the both of the option. The rice perfectly cooked and I don't think this is from a cheap rice company or anything.

They also manage their place for the kids to play around. JOKES OK JOKES. Dont leave your kid wth is wrong with you anyway.. at least leave them in front of white people houses HAHAHAHAHA.

I also order extra chilli sauce matah, it was contained green and red chilli pepper with the citrus in it. I really enjoy the spicy food, especially those who came from my own country recipe and also I order "otak-otak" actually the inggredient is from a fish but if you translate with the google it will show you a different meaning.. YESS "BRAINS" i know it sounds weird but it is what it is. Also if you dont believe me you can google it. I dont know why they also adding ngapi nut or dogfruit, I just leave it not even touch it because I dont really like it.

I guess thats all guys that I can share for today, I dont think I have to spill many thing more, the experiences was decent but I guess for the intrigue works propherly. I dont do any lie but really it does felt so obnoxius for the line and for the food. I really love this kind of food somehow it represent me as well. Simple and deliver.
