Qué significa para ti ser una mujer responsable en el mundo actual?
Ser una mujer responsable en el mundo actual, creo que a mis 57 años, me siento una mujer actual y con suficiente madurez emocional voy a la par con el avance de este mundo tan tecnológico, acelerado y ruidoso que vino a transformar nuestras vidas sin embargo cuido mucho lo que consumo y no solo hablo de comidas, mi consumo se refiere a redes sociales, noticias, conversaciones, vidas perfectas de otros, conflictos, críticas, hacer juicios, evito caer en la adicción digital., soy consciente de cuanta atención, tiempo y energía le dedico a cada cosa.

What does it mean to you to be a responsible woman in today's world? Being a responsible woman in today's world... I believe that at 57, I feel like a modern woman with enough emotional maturity to keep up with the advancement of this technological, fast-paced, and noisy world that has transformed our lives. However, I'm very careful about what I consume, and I'm not just talking about food. My consumption includes social media, news, conversations, other people's seemingly perfect lives, conflicts, criticism, and making judgments. I avoid falling into digital addiction. I'm aware of how much attention, time, and energy I dedicate to each thing.

En esta etapa de mi vida me siento libre ya no vivo para complacer a nadie, tomo decisiones por mi y para mi no sufro de ansiedad por el que dirán, me siento capaz de liderar un emprendimiento para obtener mi propio dinero, si con limitaciones impuestas anteriormente pude construir un hogar, ser esposa, criar hijos, honrar, respetar y acompañar a mis mayores y demás personas de mi entorno, hoy en día me considero capaz de poder con más, ya no pido permiso sino actuó, soy rresponsable de mis emociones aprendí a gestionarlas, a establecer límites, mi bienestar emocional, físico y mental es mi responsabilidad por eso siempre busco ese equilibrio entre mi evolución, cuidado personal, obligaciones y actos de acuerdo a mis valores y principios, tomo decisiones que me generen paz, nunca me falta bondad en mi corazón y puedo elegirme sin lastimar a nadie, ya no busco validación, todo lo que deseo, necesito y busco se manifiesta cuando actuó con coherencia no necesito cubrir expectativas de nadie ni de algo, voy a mi propio ritmo, sin perder mi esencia.

I feel capable of leading a business to earn my own money. If, with limitations imposed before, I was able to build a home, be a wife, raise children, honor, respect, and support my elders and other people in my life, today I consider myself capable of more. I no longer ask for permission; I act. I am responsible for my emotions; I have learned to manage them and set boundaries. My emotional, physical, and mental well-being is my responsibility, which is why I always seek balance between my personal growth, self-care, obligations, and actions aligned with my values ​​and principles. I make decisions that bring me peace. I never lack kindness in my heart, and I can choose myself without hurting anyone. I no longer seek validation. Everything I desire, need, and seek manifests when I act with integrity. I don't need to meet anyone's or anything's expectations. I go at my own pace, without losing my essence.
