La IA esta avanzando de una forma tan acelerado, he leído qué los propios líderes que la construyeron insisten en que bajemos el ritmo de su uso, si ellos mismos le temen, que podemos esperar nosotros, lo cierto es que ya no podemos evitar su uso u oponernos al avance, no hay vuelta atrás, lo que si podemos es integrarla a nuestra vida de forma responsable, con límites sin dejarnos reemplazar ni arriesgarnos a perder nuestra esencia humana.

Un tema que sin dudas a todos nos suena, en resumen lo que entiendo de lo que expone es que muchas personas suelen atribuirles cualidades, emociones y sentimientos humanos a una máquina que solo procesa datos y algoritmos, es verdad que la IA es una herramienta que esta presente en nuestro día a día en el trabajo, en el hogar, el colegio, iglesias, recreación, cambio nuestra rutina y perspectiva de vivir la vida, nos ayuda a resolver problemas, ahorrar tiempo, analizar información, ordenar tu trabajo, crear imágenes, nos da respuestas, soluciones inmediatas, podemos hasta pedir consejos para tomar decisiones personales, puede hacernos la vida más fácil y útil si la usamos con intensión, el daño inminente que nos hace la IA es que ya no existimos sin ella y estamos perdiendo la capacidad de pensar, ser creativos, proactivos, no solo la utilizamos para resolver un problema, se utiliza para todo, incluso para aquello que solo debería depender de la esencia de los seres humanos donde se involucra sensibilidad, corazón, presencia, sentimientos, emociones y relaciones personales.

We can even ask for advice to make personal decisions. It can make our lives easier and more useful if we use it intentionally. However, the imminent harm that AI causes is that we no longer exist without it, and we are losing the ability to think, be creative, and proactive. We don't just use it to solve problems; it's used for everything, even for things that should depend solely on the essence of human beings, involving sensitivity, heart, presence, feelings, emotions, and personal relationships.

La IA puede ejecutar tareas más rápido que nosotros pero nosotros somos seres humanos con conciencia, ingenio, capaz de amar, sentir, crear y actuar desde nuestra propia naturaleza, eso ninguna máquina podrá reemplazar.
Hoy en día jóvenes y adultos buscan respuesta a su sentir en la IA, ahí consiguen lo que buscan sobretodo los que sienten miedo de pedir ayuda real, la IA escucha, no juzga, disponibilidad 24/7, no minimiza el problema y te dice lo que quieres escuchar por eso se convierte en un aliado o compañero capaz de gestionar cualquier emoción, valida y acompaña sustituyendo las relaciones humanas, pero también representa un peligro para la vida física y mental de las personas, no solo porque crean dependencia sino porque ante un grave problema de salud, las personas creen que pueden resolverlo a través de una pantalla, retrasando la ayuda presencial de un verdadero profesional, poniendo en riesgo la vida.

AI can perform tasks faster than we can, but we are human beings with consciousness, ingenuity, capable of loving, feeling, creating, and acting from our own nature—something no machine can replace. Today, young people and adults seek answers to their feelings in AI. They find what they're looking for there, especially those who are afraid to ask for real help. AI listens, doesn't judge, is available 24/7, doesn't minimize the problem, and tells you what you want to hear. That's why it becomes an ally or companion capable of managing any emotion, validating and supporting, replacing human relationships. But it also represents a danger to people's physical and mental health, not only because it creates dependency, but also because when faced with a serious health problem, people believe they can solve it through a screen, delaying in-person help from a real professional and putting their lives at risk.

Realmente no damos un paso sin la IA de por medio, nos dejamos manipular, ni siquiera podemos mantener una conversación con alguien sin decir dejame ver lo que dice la IA, esas palabras las he escuchado en repetidas ocasiones, como que sino tuviéramos criterio propio, si la maquina sabe todo, hace todo por nosotros, que nos queda? en vez de usarla a nuestro favor le entregamos toda nuestra voluntad y pensamiento.
Particularmente creo que que la IA es una herramienta que nos facilita la vida, que nos trae avance y progreso en salud, educación, en el ámbito laboral entre otras más disciplinas pero no es extensión de nuestro cuerpo ni mucho menos remplazo de nuestro ingenio humano.
