Hello creative friends, Happy and blessed new day, I hope you are well full of health, abundance and above all a lot of health, growing, shining and being your best version; Today I made a super simple recipe to cook bread without using the oven or kneading a lot, I particularly do not like filling my hands with anything and less dough, I have made it with few ingredients and I actually love them, the The only day I can eat flour if I don't have bakery bread I cook one of these and they are delicious! 1. Pour the 200 milliliters of warm water into a deep container, in the warm water we are going to add the yeast and mix, let it rest for a few minutes. Then we add the salt and sugar, stir well to unite all the ingredients.
2. Little by little we are going to add the wheat flour to the water, while we are constantly stirring so that lumps do not form, when we finish moving a somewhat soft dough will remain.
3. We are going to cover the dough with a plastic for about 30 minutes it is better if you cover it with a dark cloth, after 30 minutes you will see something like the images that I show you.
4. Preheat a non-stick pan, when it is hot, add the dough, I made it a little finer than a bread because I can eat only 80 grams of flour, although if you want a round and chubby bread, just add more dough and cover it! Let it cook for about 15 minutes over low heat and you will have a delicious bread with few ingredients, soft and very rich!
