First paint the upper part with royal blue using a flat brush, then mix that blue with white and make a light blue tone and continue painting, then pass strokes of royal blue and white through the light blue, below paint with orange and continue painting with yellow, blurring a little with orange towards yellow.
Primero pinte la parte de arriba con azul Rey usando un pincel plano, luego mezcle ese azul con blanco y saque un tono azul claro y continue pintando, luego pase pinceladas de azul rey y blanco por el azul claro, mas abajo pinte con naranja y continue pintando con amarillo, difuminando un poco con naranja hacia el amarillo.
The second step let the paint dry and draw the statue of liberty with black watercolor and use a thin brush.
El segundo paso deje secar la pintura y dibuje la estatua de la libertad con acuarela negra y use un pincel delgado.
