Recipe homemade dough For pizza, donuts and breads

The dough is suitable for a variety of foods, donuts, cookies, breakfast bread, stuffed bread, pizza and ،, you can even fry it in oil.

I tested the command that I published for you and it is completely safe. Be sure to follow the tips mentioned at the end.

Bread flour 500 g (approximately 3 servings)
1 egg
250 ml or lukewarm milk or lukewarm water
6 tablespoons oil
Yeast dough 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
1 tablespoon sugar

Dough recipe👩🏻‍🍳:

*Pour a teaspoon of sugar + sourdough in a bowl and add lukewarm milk to the sourdough. Stir a little to make the sourdough 5 minutes

Mix salt + oil + eggs until smooth.

Add the flour and stir. Add the flour little by little and stir with a wooden spoon to collect the dough in the bowl.

Place the dough on the floured surface and knead for 5 or 10 minutes
Place the pizza dough in a relatively warm place in a bowl greased with a tablespoon of liquid oil and let it rest for an hour until the dough doubles in volume

Important points in preparing magic paste:

*The first point, be sure to knead the sourdough with water or lukewarm milk, that is, if you put your finger in water (or milk), do not burn it and add 1 ounce of sugar (the reason for sugar is its active property).

Second, be sure to knead the dough on a floured work surface, the better for 10 to 30 minutes.

Third point, be sure to lubricate the floor and walls of the container where you want the dough to rest, it has an effect on puffing your dough.

Fourth point, the place of the dough to rest for the first one or two hours should not be too hot, which will make your dough smell sour later, not cold, as your dough will not swell at all.

Fifth point, you can keep this dough in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and in the freezer for 3 months, the quality of your dough will be much better, just put it in the freezer one day before use and put it in the refrigerator.
