There are things in life that you can't stop talking about. Once will never be enough, when these things fill you with happiness daily and make your life more pleasant and easier to cope with. Yes, I am talking about coffee.

Here, thinking and having a coffee, being grateful for every moment, even the ones that are not so pleasant, some things change the panorama just by thinking about them. Who hasn't changed a sad moment just by having a cup of coffee in their hands? And coffee is synonymous with friendship, with meetings between friends. I love it when we say "how about we meet and have a coffee?"

Coffee is synonymous with waking up, of dawn, of gratitude, of savoring, of being happy. No moment compares to the one when I take my first sip of coffee. Waking up is getting out of bed, jumping into the kitchen, and filling the small pot destined for that purpose, with enough water to boil and brew my delicious coffee.

Coffee is one of the most popular and widespread millenary pleasures in the world since time immemorial. A good sip of coffee makes your day different, you wake up to the world with a smile and the optimism that gives you that blessed elixir of life.

Always when I wake up, in my daily routine (as in the daily routine of many) the first thing is a good cup of coffee. For me, the first coffee in the morning is essential. It fills you with energy, vitality, wakes you up, and accompanies you in whatever activity you are about to do in the new day that has just begun.

There are many ways to prepare coffee. Some people dedicate themselves to this art and do it very well. However, in my case, I prepare it in the simplest way possible, black coffee (negrito we call it here in Venezuela) without any other company than the sugar that sweetens it. Some like it unsweetened because of the calories, but I believe that if you are going to drink or enjoy something, you should do it with pleasure and in the way that pleases you. I like it with sugar in its right measure.

Hay cosas en la vida de las que no puedes parar de hablar. Una sola vez nunca será suficiente, cuando estás cosas te llenan de felicidad a diario y hacen tu vida más placentera y fácil de sobrellevar. Sí, les hablo del café.

Aquí, pensando y tomándome un café, agradeciendo cada momento, inclusive los que no son tan agradables, hay cosas que cambian el panorama con tan solo pensarlas. El Café es una de ellas. ¿Quién no ha cambiado algún momento triste con tan solo tener en sus manos una taza de café? Y es que, café es sinónimo de amistad, de reuniones entre amigos. Me encanta cuando decimos “¿y qué tal si nos vemos y nos tomamos un café?"

Café es sinónimo de despertar, de amanecer, de agradecer, de saborear, de ser feliz. No hay momento que se compare con aquel en que me tomo mi primer sorbo de café. Despertar es levantarme de la cama, saltar a la cocina y llenar la pequeña olla destinada a tal fin, con el agua suficiente para que hierva y colar mi delicioso café.

El café es uno de los placeres milenarios más populares y extendidos en el mundo desde siempre. Un buen trago de café hace que tu día sea diferente, que te despiertes al mundo con una sonrisa y el optimismo que te da ese bendito elixir de la vida.

Siempre al levantarme, en mi rutina diaria (como en la de muchos) lo primero es una buena taza de café. Para mí, el primer café de la mañana, es el esencial. Te llena de energía, vitalidad, te despierta y te acompaña en cualquier actividad que te dispongas a realizar en el nuevo día que recién comienza.

Existen muchas formas de preparar el café. De hecho, hay personas que se dedican a este arte y lo hacen muy bien. Sin embargo, en mi caso, lo preparo de la forma más sencilla posible, el café negro (negrito lo llamamos aquí en Venezuela) sin ninguna otra compañía que el azúcar que lo endulza. Hay a quienes les gusta sin endulzar por aquello de las calorías, pero yo considero que si te vas a beber o disfrutar algo, debes hacerlo con placer y de la forma que te agrade. A mí, me gusta con azúcar en su justa medida.
